2 ★ 1st I check flight through cheap flight, it show me flight with AA I back check through AA website, but AA Web shown transit flight instead cheap flight shown is direct flight. So, which should I trust....

1 ★ I'll look for flights from this app, but as far as booking with it...never! I booked one flight with this app once and it passed me through other venues to book with. it was very confusing and untrustworthy. I'd like an app to be able to do everything for me including flights, hotels, and car rental, and never pass me with my information through the rest of the world, it seemed to me.
5 ★ App taking too long to load after updates and sadly no option for Kenya, when setting up the Country of origin, It's not working after it loads. "Something went wrong please try again" is the constant message on the app when I try to log in with my email.

Even if your original flight itinerary changes, they do everything they can to make sure you arrive to your destination in a timely whether it's for a vacation or business trip. Lynette A. from VIP support was very friendly and helpful when I needed to make. Easy to use, nice to look at, good customer service! I was worried other reviewers seemed like they had issues but they've been great with me!
