Description

CereProc has developed the world's most advanced text to speech technology. Our voices not only sound real, they have character, making them suitable for any application that requires speech output.

This voice can synthesize:
* Navigation directions from Scout while driving
* Accessibility information with Talkback
* Twitter, Facebook and newsfeeds with iHearNetwork
* Your favourite eBook from eBook reader apps
* Your SMS with apps like Handcent SMS or Drive Carefully
* and many other TTS-enabled apps

Please note that for some applications such as Scout, we recommend installing on a device with at least a 1GHz processor.

You can try the Stuart voice for yourself, in the interactive demo on CereProc's homepage:

4 ★ Fair play. It's nice to listen to a Scottish accent, and this approximates very well to a generic Scottish actor reading to you. It's not perfect (glitchy) but it's prolly as good as TTS. A warm offering. Recommended, pending better stuff.

4 ★ Love it for ebooks, but there is a loooot if lips smacking and it's driving me crazy!!! Hope you guys update or something, because I really want to enjoy Stuart, but I really can't rn!

5 ★ Of the voices I've tried, this sounds the most natural and least like a computer. I use this with eBook Prestigo to read my writing out loud, to help edit.

5 ★ Awesome! In my lifetime I came across a very good book. Having this as a voice for that book is a great blessing to me. Thank You A Christian and a Desert storm Vet, John

5 ★ Love this App!!! Accent is so rich and clear.

1 ★ Wanted this for Google Maps. The reviews and description said it would work for navigation. ...it doesn't. Disappointed.

5 ★ I tested Stuart's voice on my favorite poem and it did an awesome job! Very soothing and almost expressive. Very close to sounding like a real human. It's my going to be my go-to TTS voice from here on out. Update: 7/14/2020 and I'm still using this app.

4 ★ The updatee voice sounds excellent and works well on my Android 10 phone. Much improved, pleasant sounding voice. Could use a vetter sounding letter pronounciation on the Google keyboard, though.

4 ★ This accent is my absolute favourite, hence why I had to have it for a TTS engine. This particular one works great, but I do wish Android would let me use it for more apps. It does work for Google Maps, but only if you're using the factory version that came with your phone.

5 ★ Love his voice he is awesome! He reads me books, reads out notifications (voice notify). His voice is clear mostly but sometimes I can hear soft clicks and glitches and I don't like when a word is spelt in capitals he spells out the word rather than saying the word as a whole but overall I would not be without him. Thank you 😊

3 ★ His voice is very beautiful but unfortunately the sound is not coming out smoothly. Lots of hiccups. I deleted unused applications to make room and restarted my phone but it didn't work. It's very distracting.

5 ★ It's not all that difficult to plainly see why some companies like 'CereProc, they continue to be one of the best in the field of producing high quality synthesised speech, and superb user friendly customer service. Bravo!

2 ★ It's potentially a good app, but it doesn't work with Google Maps. I set it as favourite tts engine but while navigating with Google Maps the voice working is the one created by google.

4 ★ I love all cereproc voices but it would be best if it can read out all emoticons and punctuation symbols.

4 ★ The best Cereproc voice, but still needs some work so it sounds more natural
