Description
This application allows the calculation of the estimate cardiovascular risk and treatment goals associated with each level of risk. Also provides information on the diagnosis, management and monitoring of diabetes mellitus type 2, diabetic foot, hypertension, stroke, acute myocardial infarction, classification of chronic kidney disease at different stages and classification of nutritional diagnosis.
