1 ★ Ï have attempted to use this system/app several times. Consistently: any real response takes several hours; the respondent has obviously not read the message originally sent, and after my waiting several hours for any kind of response, the request for help is shut down because I didn't respond after as little as 5 minutes, often at 2am to 4am. Further, I can't seem to remove the app. Would give negative stars if I could. I really like Cspire - customer almost 13 years - but this app is worse than useless.
1 ★ Takes at least 3 hours for any response, if you even get one. The response time is so slow and the app can't be uninstalled, it's like they're trying to troll their customers. Not helpful, not worth the memory space. Bloody awful.
1 ★ Cspires customer service . ........ They need to send every one to tmobles customer service then they might learn some thing.. This is a joke. It wont let you coment with out giving a star.

2 ★ Very disappointed with this app. It takes cspire reps 8 to 12 hrs to respond. They always text u in the middle of the night. So of course ur sleeping.
1 ★ This app needs to be taken down. Its worthless. I texted Cspire on 8/26 & i never got a response. If they do respond, its usually hours later. I have waited 7 hours before for a response and they contacted me at wee hours in the morning. Of course i was asleep. They ended that conversation after me not responding to them within mins. Cspire needs to get it together.
