Description
DOT Tickets app makes it easy to buy tickets and monthly passes for journeys on Zealand, Lolland, Falster and Møn.
You can purchase tickets by entering your place of departure and arrival, either in the form of a stop, address, or place. You can also pick the zones you wish to travel from and to on the map. The 2-8 zones fast purchase is relevant for you, if you know how many zones you need from where you are. You can use that feature, if you give the app your permission to localization (GPS) so that the app can determine your start zone. Giving your permission to localization, which is voluntary, can also help you determine your location on the map versus your ticket’s validity area.
Monthly passes can be purchased by entering your place of departure and arrival. You can also pick the zones manually on the map if you travel between 2 and 8 zones.

• Zone tickets for 2-8 zones
• Tickets for 9+ zones between a departure and arrival zone
• Commuter cards with Metro and DSB 1’ Regional Train as an optional add-on
• Commute20 with Metro and DSB 1’ Regional Train as an optional add-on
• Bicycle Metro
• Supplementary Ticket for Commuter Card (1 zone)
• DSB 1’ Regional Train supplementary ticket
• City Pass Small for zones 1-4 (24, 48, 72, 96 or 120 hours)
• City Pass Large for zones 1-99 (24, 48, 72, 96 or 120 hours)
• City Pass X-Large for zones 1-299 (24 hours)
• City Pass West for zones 101-199 (24 hours)
• City Pass South for zones 201-299 (24 hours)

Payment in DOT Tickets app
You can pay with MobilePay or payment cards in DOT Tickets app. You can save your payment card details and access them via Touch ID, Face ID or a PIN code of your choice. In that way, you do not have to enter all card details every time you make a purchase.
Your payment card details are stored with Billwerk+.

Departure boards
You can create personal departure boards for your preferred transportation for all stations and stops on Zealand, Lolland, Falster and Møn filtered by the lines you want to follow.
On your departure board, you can see if there are delays or cancellations .
When you create a departure board, you can get notifications about planned changes and you can add the board as a widget on your smartphone’s home screen, so you always have it close at hand.

1 ★ I updated to the new version. I received an sms saying I only needed to input my number to get my monthly pass transferred. It didn't. I tried to input my other data (email, etc.) the app crashes. I tried to open again, crash, again hang forever. Also to get to input my number for the first time I had to try like 4 times because it either wouldn't load or say it wasn't available at the moment. Now I have no way to show my ticket to the controllers, but I refuse to pay for another ticket!!
1 ★ This app was supposed to be an updated version but just about everything in it is wrong. I had a commuter pass for which every day i had a different random number of days of expiry. Had to log out and sign back in to be able to show the ticket had expired and then, once i renewed the commuter pass, it is showing as invalid. and yes. i checked all the dates are correct and they took my money. it is written from which date it was valid but showing gray anyway. so frustrating.
2 ★ Terrible app, but functional. here's some help for those who have trouble: when purchasing, it might bug out but just close the app and repeat the purchase and it will eventually work. after the "purchase" it will open an in-app browser to verify your identity, just continue ad instructed on screen. limit your inputs, as the app is VERY buggy, to limit chances of a fail. After purchasing, the app will stop working. Delete the app and reinstall it, and the pendlerkort should be working as normal
1 ★ Such an awfully big pile a junk, no English version, text cannot be selected, UI is not comprehensible, navigation is terrible, visuals are horrible. I literally needed to do OCR to be able to translate certain warnings and error messages. Absolutely unacceptable, not at all up the Danish standard quality of services. The entire application is just shamefully terrible. It took me over half an hour to buy my travel card. I'm just hoping that they will be able to read it when doing ticket control.
1 ★ Not working, at all. Installed fine, but when I try to buy my monthly card, it crashes. Unistalled, rebooted, reinstalled: same result. Tried on different phones: same result. That's the only way of getting my monthly pass for the train and bus to commute. On the website they say that their app is supposed to work. Well, it's not, and I'm very pissed.
1 ★ An app for managing your monthly travelling-passes should REALLY just work reliably and fast - it is not exactly rocket science. Unfortunately, that is definitely not the case with this app. Often takes multiple minutes to start up, on a flagship device - which is kind of unfortunate when the bus arrives *now* and you must show a valid ticket. Have had to uninstall the app, restart, reinstall the app and reenter my informations multiple times. One of the worst apps I've ever had to use.
1 ★ This app is a joke. Just like the previous app that this one replaced, nothing works. Your creditcard information will randomly be deleted - and if you want to add a new card you'll be charged 1DKK everytime - even if it fails. I'm currently not even able to access my monthly ticket because the app is failing to load my card. Seriously, this is embarrassing for the company and the developer.
1 ★ The worst app I've ever encountered. I couldn't change my year of birth to 1990 unless I swipe from 2019 back to 1990 due to the lack of date selection field. Then I had to uninstall-install to make a new profile. Since my phone number was already saved on the earlier account, the app asks me to "merge" the new one to the old one. If I click "OK", I'm back to my old account which was a child's account. If I click "cancel", I need to fill out the information field again. Seriously. Fix it!
1 ★ Honestly the worst app I've ever seen. * Takes about 90 seconds to load my pendlerkort. Every. Damn. Time. Meanwhile it just displays a black screen, no indication of loading anything whatsoever. When I asked a conductor if it was just my phone or if it was a general problem I got the answer "It's just because you don't have an iPhone". Damn it DSB/DOT at least train your staff to say something productive. * Tickets bought disappear when pressed * If I accidentally open this app, navigate away from it and open another app, then this app will open again and crash causing my phone to lock up. * Simple navigation in the app will cause it to blackscreen/crash. Seriously, no company can expect its customers to use such a poor product and this should be pulled from Google Play and completely reworked.
1 ★ Worked well until last week. Got an error message while buying a 2 zone ticket. Standard ' error please try again'. So i tried again 4 times and finally it worked. 20 mins later i find out i was charged 100kr+ for all those tickets which i never wanted. Then i call support on friday and they tell me ' its an issue we know about, its due to credit cards, please dont use your credit card'.... i was like ok what about my money? He said the money is only reserved. Not true, my money was taken. Sad.
1 ★ crashes as soon as I payed and had to reinstall. had the same experience with the other DOT Ticket app where I simply couldn't pay. *Update* tried to renew my card. gives wrong address all buttons then becomes unresponsive and I can't change the address to the correct one. tried multiple times, then ended up having to buy a completely new card.
1 ★ Paid for a ticket through mobilepay. The money was drawn but I never received my ticket. Be carefull with this app, it might just steal your money and there is nothing to do about it. EDIT: If anyone is wondering the problem persists. I just had another payment without getting my ticket. This app should be banned from the play store.
1 ★ Worst app, takes more than a minute to load on Android phones, if you buy extension tickets sometimes they don't show up or even show as blank. UI is horrible and even with newer updates it's still not fixed. Also battery consumption of this aap is quite high. And it fails you the very moment you need to show the ticket to checker.
1 ★ Conveniently refuses to work when the ticket inspector comes. Got a 750kr fine even though I had a receipt showing the ticket zones and validity period (which I was well within!) . Considering how it allows DSB to "double dip", I'm wondering if this "bug" is actually an intentional feature designed to rip off those who won't think of contesting the fine.
1 ★ I don't think it's fair that iPhone users get a much faster and advanced version of the app. It is slow, it crashes all the time, takes at least 30 seconds to open and it gives you ridiculous routes when inputting to and from addresses. Plus it looks like it was developed in the 90s. Fix it
