The WTOV9 News app delivers news, weather and sports in an instant. With the new and fully redesigned app you can watch live newscasts, get up-to-the minute local and national news, weather and traffic conditions and stay informed via notifications alerting you to breaking news and local events.

App permissions

WTOV9 10.1.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

2 ★ Weather does not update unless I change to a different zip code and even then when going back to old zip code it stays on old dated weather information.

1 ★ Made my phone glitch several times. When I would open the app it would freeze after clicking one thing.

5 ★ I HAVE ALWAYS WATCHED WTOV9 WAY BACK WHEN IT WAS WSTV TV 9. I NO LONGER LIVE NEAR STEUBENVILLE, OHIO BUT VERY GLAD TO PICK IT UP ONLINE.
