Description
The CE21 Mobile™ app can be used to:
● Attend a Live Webcast, on demand seminar, webinar, video, or any other delivery method available in the catalog
● Download any on demand program for offline viewing
● View and download handout materials
● Perform evaluations
● And obtain certificates of completion
Attending a live webcast or viewing an on demand seminar from your mobile device is as easy as tapping a link in a customer’s account. One click, and the App will do the rest. The presentation will appear on your screen and audio will go through your headphones.
Customers can also view handout materials, perform evaluations and quizzes, and obtain certificates of completion without leaving the App.
Getting on a plane with no Internet connection? No problem. The app also allows you to download on demand seminars and view them even while not connected to the Internet. When your phone or other mobile device reconnects to the Internet, completion information is automatically communicated to our system and immediately available in customer’s accounts.
Need help? You can contact us within the app by clicking on the support tab in the course viewer, or by clicking the (?) icon at the top inside the app. And of course you can contact Support by using the contact info in the Play Store.
NOTE: The CE21 Mobile™ app will ONLY work if you already have an account with an organization on the CE21 platform.
App permissions
CE21 Mobile™ 2.12.4 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to read the user's calendar data.
Allows an application to write the user's calendar data.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Permission an application must hold in order to use ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

2 ★ Every time I try to move to a different part of the video, it keeps starting over at the beginning! Horrible for studying.
5 ★ Easy to use, I can quickly get to my sessions without a lot of searching.

1 ★ The website is bad, the app is waaaaay worse. Video constantly jumps back to the start of sections/modules or even back multiple sections/modules. It makes it impossible to learn. As much money as it was this level of non-functionality is beyond unacceptable.
4 ★ Love CE21 mobile, but would it be more awesome of I could stream/cast to my smart tv. Some day if you'd make that possible then I'll add an additional star. Great app, love it, excellent how it holds your spot if you have to close out. Love the clear video & excellent sound.
