Description
Using the free Medicaid Connect app, HARP members can quickly and easily contact a professional for assistance with:
-Mental health benefit questions – Speak to a live specialist about health benefits.
-After-hours support – In crisis? Call CONTACT Lifeline from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. to immediately talk to a live, licensed mental health professional.
-Medical case management – Connect with a registered nurse or medical social worker for assistance with dealing with chronic conditions and health emergencies.
-Member services – Speak to a live, local, and knowledgeable member services representative about benefits, claims questions, and more.
In addition, members can look for a doctor using the Find-A-Doc search tool and access the CDPHP Medicaid website – all with the tap of a button.
Please note: By downloading this app, you agree to receive periodic push notifications, which advise you of new messages or events even when you are not actively using the app. The Medicaid Connect app is for CDPHP members only.
