1 ★ Does not work. When I try to register, it lets me put in my name and email address and then never lets me click the next button. I have tried multiple times, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have tried everything. The app just does not work
1 ★ Keeps stating a problem occurred. Reset my pin 3 times, states successful. Still gives the error code signing in. Buggy and unusable. NOT a piece of cake to install.
1 ★ Downloaded the app only to find out they only accept pay pal as a form of payment. Could not enter new payment method even though it says accepts specified forms of credit cards. Had to uninstall.
1 ★ Extremely user UNFRIENDLY app design. It doesn't even let you add a payment type if it's not PayPal on the GalaxyS20. Same on my IPhone. Why even have it available if it doesn't work for anyone???
1 ★ Tried to register multiple times. Just get the spinning wheel and then says there an "unexpected error" and closes the app.
1 ★ Didn't let me check in, didn't let me pay. Pretty much didn't do anything. Very slow to create account with no acknowledgement I clicked on the button to create it, so I clicked it a bunch of times, one minute later it responds and opens a dozen pin entry screens. When I tried to check in it just showed a spinning circle for a minute then it should me the method of payments I could use, but nothing about checking in.
1 ★ An app with much potential, but it just does not work, like many here have already said. no map view for locations, payment fails to load. Useless in it's current state, but I would love to see good things come from a cheesecake factory app someday.
1 ★ To go screen just has a spinning disc after prompting for my pin. Tried several times over several months. Never worked. Update: I did eventually get it to work. Months later though, I go to order and I guess they removed that functionality... The app directs you to call the store to place your to go order lol
1 ★ Well this app does nothing. It only lets me set up paypal to check out, I don't have nor intend to make a paypal account just for that. But it doesn't matter because I can't even access the menu.
1 ★ I guess it's ok if you want to collect points, this app seems a waste of time and the optto order from a third party is less than an hassle. Itll force you to gain access through PayPal, and then you'll have to call in to place your order. I could of done that through Google maps. I couldn't even get the option to make a selection through a menu because there's no menu through the app.
1 ★ DOES NOT WORK. Just hangs or does nothing when you select "To Go". it is nothing short of amazing that a large company like CheesecakeFactory cannot release an app that works. I guess it's Papa John's tonight. BTW, on hold for 17 minutes already trying to place a to go order. it's 6 PM Saturday evening. Guess the isn't the only thing not working. 20 minute wait now. Bye.
1 ★ Terrible app just used to collect information. Can't even make a reservation without signing into your PayPal even if you plan on paying there and the app is the only way to make a reservation. Immediately deleted the app but I still can't get off their email registry.
1 ★ Only option to pay is thru PayPal even though it states it accepts all major cards.
1 ★ I wish I could give zero stars. it doesn't let me add a method of payment. when I contacted support, it was an obvious robo-reply that in no way addressed my question. absolutely useless app.
1 ★ Crash and won't allow registration, would give it ZERO stars if I could.
