App permissions

CCC ONE Repair Facility 25.1 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

3 ★ Love the face id, but the in app camera is very buggy. The in app camera often default to ultra wide. Please fix or let me know how I can correct this on my end. Thanks.

5 ★ Works well but there is a 2 second delay when taking pics which is very annoying. How do I fix this?

1 ★ TERRIBLE..... I'M AT WORK AND HAVE INSTALLED AND INSTALLED THIS APP 42 TIMES......I ACCEPTED ALL PERMISSIONS BUT IT STILL DID NOT WORK

1 ★ Awful, samsung galaxy s20, constantly crashes app, deletes pictures as you are trying to take them.. problems have been consistent for 6+ months now unfortunately there is no alternative app to use, makes it more frustrating that it is a tool we pay for as a repair shop and there is never any support for the issues that constantly haunt us, we have Apple devices in the shop that have the same issues. CCC likes to take your money and cheap out on app developers

3 ★ since the latest update a week or two ago, almost every time I try and upload photos the CCC app says I'm having connection issue. I've never once had this issue before this latest update. my internet is fine, and even if I turn off Wi-Fi and go off my data plan oh, it's the same issue. it's bad enough when I'm only doing one photo, but if I'm uploading a group of photos to a file, it now makes it almost impossible. I'm having to try and upload photos 3 4 5 times or more before it finally work

3 ★ Overall I do like & use the app on a daily basis. Android users can add multiple pictures using the Google photos app found under library. The problem when you choose multiple pictures, which is a great feature that works very well, is that it changes the order in which the pictures were taken. This is infuriating, don't change the order in which they where taken CCC!! PLEASE CORRECT IN YOUR NEXT ANDROID UPDATE ASAP!! Also, within this app, make it easier to scan the VIN when you open an existing assignment or work file too please. In my humble opinion, a tweaks & this is a 5 star app & I'll be changing my rating. Thanks CCC, keep up the good work.

3 ★ After new update it takes 7-8 times at least to add photos to a file using the add photo from library option. It gives an error that photos cannot be uploaded while offline, even though I'm online. If I wasn't, I couldn't have accessed the file... I tried it w/ WiFi as well as cellular data with the same result. Adding photos directly from the app works perfectly. Everything else with the app works great but this is quite annoying. Any feedback is appreciated. I have a Samsung S7

5 ★ Update: CCC1 has addressed the issues with uploading pictures. A member of their support team actually tracked me down at the shop I work for and assisted me with the issue. The app now works flawlessly. Orginal post: Update makes the app virtually unusable. Everytime I try to upload photos I get an error message saying my phone is unable to connect to the internet. After I reset my phone I can upload photos once. Please fix asap

1 ★ I use CCC for Android at work every day. Lately there has been an issue taking photos. I'll hit the button to take the photo, the screen will flash like a photo was taken, and then nothing happens. The photo doesn't save and it keeps the camera open like nothing happened. This is making my job increasingly difficult.

2 ★ Why isnt there the ability to copy a part number quickly within the main CCC? You would think this would be a no brainer. You have to first add the part, go to the added part, go to general tab, double click on part number, then copy. It should be, right click on part and copy, simple. It would be alot more efficent that way.

2 ★ I throughly enjoy the added features to the app. My only grip is importing from other estimating systems... Audatex. Our insurance companies force us to us such estimating systems. If I open a work workfile from another estimating system... nothing's there... but see desktop version. The more annoying thing is I can see parts and everything else. So one of the biggest plus of seeing an estimate in not available. That is ridiculous. Please fix that problem! Add this and I change my reveiw!

2 ★ As an Android user, it would be nice to have an estimate, parts list (where labels can be printed from), and labor tabs. I'd like to look at an estimate quickly to see what's being done. The parts tab is useful to see, on the fly, what parts are in. And being able to see who was assigned to the vehicle is really useful. Taking photos is clunky, although I do like the pre-labeled spots of common pics. I would like an option that would make labeling prior and claim damages easier. Much like what's done for the common photos (VIN, odometer, vehicle surround, etc.). Although I know it's not practical, but being able to actual generate the estimate in the app would be a really nice feature.

2 ★ Works great about 50 percent of the time. I am working off of my Galaxy Note 10 which I have not had any issues with this app before. Just withing the past couple of months I have been getting a message that says "reconnecting to CCC One" more and more often. When this happens the photos does not save and any changes I have made to the workfile do not save. At times I take the same photos 4 times for it to save. I have been able to make do and even tried reinstalling the app but without results

1 ★ Only works when it wants to on android phones, needs serious help. Tried taking a photo 15 times, with & without being connected to wifi and every time it says "reconnecting to CCC" very very frustrating. App works perfectly for iPhone users and the estimate is also available to review so when is the app going to be Android friendly.

4 ★ i love this app. It makes supplements easy for us techs. However the new update took away the option to use special characters like & and we use those to name pictures like R&I door ect.... we name all the picture with the task performed and it would be great to be able to have key phrases saved like R&I door, blend fender, mask windshield, etc... keep up the good work with the app guys. Thanks
