1 ★ The only reason this app gets 1 star is because 0 was not an option. This app is frustrating and does not work. The instructions on the card day to enter the MRN # from th wrist band. There is no MRN #. There os an MR # but no combination of thr numbers works. This is a terrible ap.
1 ★ Does not work. Prior reviews are correct. Waste of time. Worthless
2 ★ Zero calories items drinks and that includes condiments should be in their own sections and not limited to just 2 max . Most people want or need more than 2 Propel, coffee, tea, extra pepper, sweet and low, butter (oatmeal, cream of wheat, toast, etc.). Also break the sections into their own groups so that the patients don't have to do all the scrolling. Please take another look at this app and and maybe make better improvements.
1 ★ Absolutely useless app. Doesn't load 99% of the time as it comes up with errors constantly when logging in and then when it does finally log in (sometimes after 30 mins of trying) it crashes anyways. Can't order "tomorrow's" meals as it's just empty when you do it. This is literally a 45 minute ordeal every day just to order your meals. If I could give 0 stars I would!!
1 ★ Unuseable. You need to input your date of birth. No option to type in the date, instead you have to scroll back through a calendar month by month. If you're 10 years old, scroll through 120 months. If you're 20, scroll through 240 months. Etc. Even sitting in a hospital bed and bored silly, there are better things to do with your time
1 ★ I attempted to install on my laptop, and for reasons unknown I could never get the app to work, it says installed, but that's as far as it got. However it did occupy my time while my food was being prepared , after I Used the room phone to place order. "NO I DONT RECOMMEND IT. I wouldn't have even gave it 1 star, but I could not proceed unless I gave a rating. SO I VERBALLY DETRACT THE 1 STAR RATING THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN GIVEN
3 ★ When you pick an option you should be able to customize it, like add extra x, no ingredient y. Just a suggestion. You could also consider adding a description of some items if you click on them. Other than that Ijke being able to order for the following day. Super convenient.
1 ★ Great idea, I thought it was good when I was in but when my dad stayed a week later the system crashed constantly and the tomorrow function is non existent. I just wasn't able to order the next days breakfast for him and was doing it after 4am each day.
5 ★ You don't have to scroll through all the years. For all the people thinking you do, you can just click the year and it will let you select it. Super easy to order food with just like Uber Eats!
1 ★ Been trying to create an account it said the info was wrong. Welp that means I'm not using it.
4 ★ U have to restart phone to get app working when it gets its errors . Apart from that. It works perfectly. Great idea. Great system. Phone restart fix's apps errors at a 100% rate. So there's no real issues.
5 ★ Very helpful I love it keeps track of the carbs. Very easy to use.😉
1 ★ You need to change the way you enter your birthday. Let us manually. Not by swipeing. Thats so frustrating as well as outdated. And why after doing all the account creation i have to enter all that stuff in again to order my next meal. So lame
3 ★ They REALLY need to include nutritional info on the app. I'm a carb counter on a low potassium diet. The paper menu at my hospital has carb info. But the app has items that aren't available on the paper menu but no nutritional info. Too much guessing.
1 ★ Unable to create and acct putting all correct information in. WHY DOES THIS NOT HAVE A DROP DOWN BOX FOR THE BIRTHDAY. I HAD TO LITERALLY TAP THE CALENDAR 1032 Times to get to the date. Multiply that of trying to create and acct at least 6 times. I gave up have to go ice my finger now.
