App permissions
Cat® Wear Management System 3.4.12 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Permission an application must hold in order to use ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

3 ★ I have a love hate relationship with this App. The last update was disastrous! Hopefully the most recent update will be better. Oh wait I'm finding issues already. The Summary area of the report are ghosted. Thanks to the Development Team for not leaving, "not well enough alone". At some point creating reports, syncing and sending reports will get better.

3 ★ Easy to use once in, but the database download everytime you log in is painful.
1 ★ If you do a manual inspection the app does not allow you to change the date to the date of inspection. Wear rates do not show on report even if you updated the history.
