App permissions

EDIFICE Connected 3.0.1(0419A) APK requires following permissions:

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows an application to read the user's calendar data.

Allows an application to write the user's calendar data.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

4 ★ Wish the app has more interactive functions, for example chart showing the battery charge level (like the MTG series) instead of one small icon on the top left. And put the latest auto time update at the front of the app, not having to go deep into the menu.

4 ★ It's been great so far. I"d like to be able to set daily alarms for weekdays only, excluding weekends. I'd also like the custom alarm's name to scroll in the watch's date window, while that alarm is sounding. That may require a firmware update for my ECB-900DB, if it's even possible. I was disappointed that the lap speed wasn"t shown on the lap data chart, based on lap distance. Why can't that be calculated & displayed in the app as well? Otherwise, I like the way that lap data is presented.

5 ★ A great watch and love the interface with my mobile. Really easy to connect to and make adjustments via the app. Kind of prefer to make adjustments in this way than directly on the watch. Thanks.

5 ★ Excellent so far, I've been using it for over a month. My calendar events sync and the stability of the connection and the app is reliable. Two only comments is that the app can be slow when sending changes to the watch, which in my mind should be really quick. Second, the app can only sync the main accounts for the phone, but not other calendars that are part of other apps such as outlook or exchange. I had to get another desktop app to send my work calendar events to my Google calendar

5 ★ Love the app, love the UI. But i always have to make the connection twice because it doesn't connect the firs time. Never. Also it could be useful more options for the light on time.

1 ★ This app is always open! Bluetooth always on battery always dies quicker the Watch is unable to be set by hand only by app! Pointless! If i have access to my phone why do i need a watch???????last i checked phone has time, stopwatch, alarm! Install app, connect phone set time, delete app! Repeat process when time needs reset also never buy casio Bluetooth watch again!!!!!! Waste of a watch absolute joke

4 ★ Using with my Edifice EQB-1000. App is alright to navigate, not the cleanest UI however. On top of that, a quick Google search yields more than one App for Casio watches... this makes it confusing to find the correct up. Luckily the Casio+ app brought me to the correct app. Ease of syncing time is much easier than my previous watch 🤙🏽

5 ★ I love this watch. Imagine having the correct time as long as there is a cell phone signal regardless of time zone. The solar cells are efficient, keeping the battery full. Takes daylight savings time into account automatically, no resetting required.

3 ★ I've just bought an Edifice ECB 800,nice watch... Good app,but I need to be able to set an alarm for days of the week,not the weekend,but no function to do so. For this I give it 3 stars,love the watch but it takes so long to charge....

3 ★ Initially app stopped working. Tech support got it going. From that point it works good. There is NO way to use this app with location turned off. It seems Casio wants to track your location. I don't want to share location. Users should have a way to opt out. Also, change skins or colors for easier viewing of the app in different surroundings ie: indoor/outdoor. Blue on black is among the worst choices as they contrast poorly.

2 ★ Worked good first. Then second time the home position of hands were not working properly, tried with different watches evn then the same problem. Support team do solve the issue. Connectivity no problem. While syncing the watch there is a minor bug. While moving the home positions of the hands, all hands i.e hrs, mins, seconds and the mini one the controls are not good.

5 ★ Relatively straight forward. Automatically keeps watch up to date with time. Set alarms from phone etc.

1 ★ Works, but very cumbersome. Not intuitive, requires much reading of the owners manual to set alarms etc. Was expecting something much more elegant and efficient.

1 ★ It's total rubbish. Not once has my EQB 1000 connected. "Register watch to app" it grandly says. "Failed to connect. Please try again". I've even sent the watch back to Casio and it doesn't work. Indescribably dissatisfied. Having to gives star to even posts a review is humiliating

5 ★ I have found this app to be a very easy and functional way to always have the correct time. I am enjoying using it.
