5 ★ The concept is commendable, but the app does need some refining. It tends to drain my battery faster than usual. Hope the team addresses this in subsequent updates.
1 ★ I subscribe for one year. Its not working now. I send email to you but no reply. Search is not showing any result.
1 ★ A bad program that steals user data. After taking all the permissions to access messages, calls, etc., I did not benefit from it at all. I don't recommend it
2 ★ After your free trial, this app is utterly useless, unless you want to subscribe for $13/month. And the trial is over & gone in 3 days (!) ... that's so quick I never even got the chance to try it, not that I really care all that much. If I needed this service that badly I would've already had one for the same price or way less from one of the many companies with good reps that are all over the place online.
1 ★ Do not purchase their premium plans. It just a scam, you may think that what you are looking for is there but it isn't. I was looking for a contact number and it showed me one result which was precise but upon purchasing the premium plan to unlock the search results, it turns out the number does not exist on their app. What a waste of money. Not to mention they give you limited searches even after paying for it.
1 ★ I just upgraded to a one year premium but it's not working and the money will be deducted tomorrow from my account and it keeps saying that I have to upgrade but when I try it a gain it gives me a an error so I can't use premium features even though I'm going to pay for it. So can you please help me?
1 ★ It showed what i already know. Now i want to unsubscribe but it doesn't show me the unsubscribe site. I'm really confused and i can't pay for the service I'm not using.
2 ★ I was charged for 1 year during my 3 days trial period, and when I cancelled subsequent subscriptions it stopped working although I still have 1 year of paid subscription. I sent them email and nobody answered me. And on top of all of that, it stopped working altogether, it says no internet connection and shut off although my data is on as well as wifi. I gave it 2 stars because it worked befor. However, it has no advantages over other free apps on google play.
1 ★ The app is free, the information is not. Every name and every phone number I put in made me wait while it "searched" for the info before it came back with "We found someone". ONLY ONE PERSON was ever found. Even when I searched the name John Smith. You click on the name to see what information they "found" and you have to pay $9.49 to start a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION in order to see the information. No exceptions. UNINSTALLED. Updt:It's 1 yr later. I have nothing I can add to my original review.
3 ★ It wasn't a lovely experience. First time I read the description I was excited, then I downloaded it and played around it. Non of the searches I made showed accurately. Is it because I'm Nigerian? (I don't know). The worst of it, it couldn't show any Nigerian number I searched, nor Email addresses, even when I used the advanced option. I could have given feedback if there was option to do that in the App, but non.
1 ★ Paid for premium. Will discontinue after 1 year. They spam EVERYDAY with notification alerts (such as) "Do you have a crush?" to remind you to USE app. I bought premium for a passive background service, not this. There's also unsightly pop up each call to get you input data on that caller, others could be doing same to your no#. App reliant on unverified customer inputs. When you click the notification it just opens WHO search bar to input data on their engine. They notify MULTIPLE times. Spam.
1 ★ Wish I could take all their stars away. Registered for a 3 day trail period, used the app for 30 minutes, then decided it wasnt for me. Cancelled the subscription within an hour,I downloaded it, but the subscription amount that would have been deducted off my account, after 3 day trail period, was still deducted from my account. WHAT CLASSIFY AS 3 DAY TRAIL PERIOD THEN?
2 ★ I gave 2 stars for effort! On the first number I put in, I included the address. It would only Except the name of the city! As I seen it running I noticed at the bottom of the screen there was a search for public information; I could have provided one to help! Next I entered my phone number. There it wanted my last name; this time! Nothing came back for either number, nor do I have any idea of what search method is used; or whether or not, this application is going to charge for Services, when.
