4 ★ The app is so easy to use and the whole process was so simple. I just downloaded to browse with no intentions of buying and an hour later I was done buying a vehicle. Glitch in the system gave me double "tasks" so it canceled my order in error. Customer service took over 2 hours for someone to respond and I ended up just redoing the whole process. Car was delivered past the 3 hr delivery window even though it's only 10 min away. Overall awesome but customer service leaves a little to be desired.
5 ★ I do not have words to describe how great! My experience was with carvana. From the purchase of the car to the review of the car with the extended warranty. Everything was amazing. I cannot recommend buying your car from carvana more highly. There's no haggling no dealing with anybody trying to upsell you any little bits and pieces. Absolutely incredible. The car was everything they said, and the parts that weren't everything they said they fixed. Go shopping for a car at carvana 100%!
3 ★ Uploading documents was a nightmare. App would freeze after uploading a single document and i had to exit the app, go back in, pull up my offer, upload the next document, etc., etc. When I started the process of selling my car, it said they could pick it up the next day, but when I finally completed the steps, it now tells me they will get back to me in 1-2 days, which is reasonable but not what I expected. The basic process seems straightforward so far, but this app is buggy and difficult.
2 ★ The website and the purchasing process are all stellar. Very smooth and straightforward, and the reps involved there were very helpful. Paying $590 for delivery only to have the driver almost rip the front bumper off the car getting it off the truck, then being told that it's a minor cosmetic issue that falls within Carvana's 'standards for acceptable wear and tear guidelines' was not helpful. I'd definitely recommend driving to pick up your vehicle and avoiding the delivery option if you can.
5 ★ Honestly such a great experience! I traded my car in and they picked it up and delivered the new one quickly. The driver was nice and made the process so simple. Within the 7 days I decided I wanted a different car and the Carvana agent added cars to my favorites to help me choose! They let me keep the "old new" car for another week while I waited for the "new new" car. The app is easy to use - I'm really impressed.
5 ★ Easiest car buying experience ever!!! Painless, super informative, and easy to navigate!!! I would definitely do it again in the future, and look forward to picking up our new van!!! Absolutely 100% recommend CarVana to anyone looking to get something new to them!! I hear the picking up process is unforgettable!!! Super excited to experience it!!
3 ★ So far anytime i'm looking at cars this app will only show you a few selected brands but i use the filter to select all the features i want it says this page is having a issue finding what im looking for. So i refresh the page thinking that helps but it dont. Please fix or debug the app. (I'm so much closer to finding a newer used car with free shipping deals)
5 ★ Carvana makes it easy to find the car you want. They have financing offers for all types of credit. Realize that if you have poor credit, your payments and interest rates will be higher. But you can still get financed and cheap delivery fees or free pickup. Everything can be done online in most cases. Will update after we receive our vehicle.
5 ★ From my initial search, to the actual purchase, and even a vehicle swap (nothing wrong with the car just needed something a little bigger) I have absolutely no complaints. If you have any questions at all they are quick to help over the phone, by the amazing text feature (let's be serious no one likes being on a voice call), and the advocates in person are absolutely wonderful as well!
5 ★ Awesome and professional, only issue was on my end not having a great WiFi connection or establishing strong data signal but doesn't matter I got the car!! Thought I was having a tire pressure sensor issue but the preferred auto mechanic by silver Rock, auto choice, simply informed me that a tire was low and not to deal with air pump machines since they'll do it for free!!!!
2 ★ The app malfunctions frequently these days. It keeps telling me my log in/PW is incorrect even though I have it on auto fill. It only lets me log in sometimes. When it does let me log in, error pops up. It can't load my car. It doesn't show me the option to pay my monthly bill anymore. The carvana website won't let me log in at all and I know the PW is correct. Really irritating because it was working fine for a while at first. Now I have to seek other ways to pay my car note. Very inconvenient.
3 ★ I love the concept, and I actually used this to purchase a car. However, the app still is a bit glitchy. Just trying to view my order, it pops up and says "Oops, something went wrong!" The first time I tried to buy a car, I got an error with some JSON/HTML code from the browser and it failed to load the page. I would have done 5 stars if these were fixed.
2 ★ EVERY part of the experience was/is a disaster. My sale was somehow canceled after is already signed all of my paperwork. Had to fix that. They tried to schedule my pick-up a month out, and someone happened to notice when I called about something else and said that was definitely a glitch. My first two payments were RETURNED to me by check and the app still says I owe $0. No one has contacted me by phone, mail, or email. The plus is that I'm driving for free, I guess?
1 ★ I came into this experience with skepticism. The only reason I decided to go with Carvana was due to the higher trade-in value I received. If I could go back and do it over, I likely would. I ended up picking a vehicle and had many issues. To avoid the headache, I exchanged it. Second vehicle had more issues, but no good replacement. Ended up keeping the second vehicle, but now have to go through a frustrating process to get a vehicle in a condition it should have been in to start with. Bad exp.
4 ★ This is a welcomed change to the car-buying experience. The process from looking for a car to the final contract signing was smooth and enjoyable! No haggling, no bogus delays while the salesperson "checks with the manager", and no hidden pricing or sale pressure. Carvana obviously thought through the entire process. The AI was attentive - perhaps too much so with all the texts and emails offering assurances and support. My only gripe is the app flaked out a few times and left me hanging.
