1 ★ I recently bought a playstation 5 from here, they claimed it was never used but when I finally received the product and started using it, it literally had I issues not even 10 mins on turning on the console, bad experience, will never buy here again as I'm upset.
1 ★ Very bad service.... No quality items I was ordered one charger... I received wrong item .. It was not taken back.I have received the product but it has not been delivered on the app...Because of that, it cannot be sent back....
1 ★ First order. Bad experience. Ordered over 13 days back. Still no update on delivery. Contacting customer service is no no use. He asked me to wait for few more days without a definitive delivery date. Cartlow should honor the trust and time of customers.

1 ★ worst app in UAE for online delivery. Ordered twice from website, first one delivered with defective piece and second one complety wrong product has been delivered. KINDLY DONT USE THIS APP
3 ★ The app icon shows new notifications (in red) but when i go in there's no sign of the new itms. No message section either. Ard to twll if it's ja a bug, or ther are new messages or items. CArtlow orderig system and communications as a whole are a disaster. Orders i placed and Cartlow has confirmed, go e tirely missing, without a trace on the app or in my account l. So a few days later i have to place the same order again, hoping this time it goes through. Deliveries system is a disaster.
1 ★ Be careful and stay away from them. I have been cheated after buying from them 2 items.. They delivered to me wrong colored item which was cheaper, and when requested to deliver the item which I ordered, it become out of stock. They refunded me the amount which is less than what I have paid. All what I received was an apology without any clear justification. This process took 2 weeks, and no one was following up with me. Everytime I have to call them or send them follow up messages.
4 ★ I'm happy and well satisfied in my first order.I'll be giving 4 stars for now coz there's always room for improvement. Thank you Cartlow!
1 ★ Just got my first order, and definitely my last order since I was so disappointed. It says in the app that the product is new and never used. A soon as I open it, i knew that it is old and used. So disappointing, after leaving this comment I will unistall and never get scammed by this online store anymore. I regret buying from them. I am commenting not to rant, but to give future shoppers a heads up! Don't be like me..😁
1 ★ Very bad experience... dont try... It's up to your luck only.. Order cancelled by cartlow itself on the 4th day of order and claiming that item currently unavailable, and I want to take some other items they suggested. Call centre agent needs to hear from me "cancel the order and refund". And the refund is not yet credited.
1 ★ I returned one item 3 days back since no response from your end .worst customer service..I didn't receive my refund. What kind of customer support you are providing..please don't buy anything from them. I don't know why play store allows such applications
1 ★ Bad. It's a hassle to return the item. Item delivered was not as per description. Cheap means, comes at a price. Iwant to return my item.
1 ★ Had a really disappointing and frustrating experience with this app. I ordered a camera lens (Samyang AF 35 f1.4), was excited to get the product since it was my first time to order from them. Got the product but it was totally unusable. Focus ring was not working. -Return process was slow as I waited for a week before someone could pick the item back. I had to make multiple follow ups before they could send out a courier to pickup the item. -Refund process is fine. Extend your patience.

I am hanging for my money. Just simply answer we will let you know soon. service is very Bad.They said ammount already added but wallet show balance 0. really funny app. i strongly suggest not to use this app. I am the sufferer
