1 ★ Every time i try to order, after checking the menu and choosing everything, and after talking to all the group and deciding on their order, the apps tells me on the payment page that is, that i cant order from this restaurant, something like that should be visible when looking at the restaurant menu, not on the last step of the order, i am deleting the app after this incident happened for three out of five time i ordered through this app, definitely not a gonna recommend it to any one else.
1 ★ Most fursturating experience. This should be and will be reported for violating Google Play Store policy. Ever since it's Talabat aquisition it turned to a false advertising app. Went through 5 different restaurants ordering dinner and each time only after confirming my order I get the message saying it's closed, "why not try another option?" And the next option leads to the same result. Seriously unacceptable.
1 ★ We ordered twice and both times the orders were late. There's a lot of confusion when you call to check on a late order. They bounce you from one person to another! Never using it again!
1 ★ Sometimes I cant order with my card despite that it has a sufficient amount of money and I can use it on other apps. Payment usually fails most of the time.
1 ★ Can't even log back in, tried to change the password from the app but never received an email. Then I changed my password using the website and I still couldn't log back in.
1 ★ the worst application ever. it doesn't have the feature & option of deleting your account neither by yourself nor the customer care team are allowed to do that on the chat blog. even the email they don't reply to your request. this is very dangerous and unsafe because any personal information on your account will remain there on their database. and you never know if they've given themselves the right to use it in whichever way & even share it with a third party which is very unethical/ illegal.
2 ★ Crashes & freezes a lot. Also a lot of restaurants simply dont update their menus, to the point that one restaurant had a breakfast menu, and when I ordered, they called me and said it isnt available unless its morning. If that's the case, then they should've added "(only in morning)" next to "breakfast". Also theres a very bad glitch where if you type the name or a restaurant manually, it will appear whether its closed or not, and wont tell you until you add items to the cart and check out
1 ★ FIX YOUR APP! I noticed that when I use the icon "&" instead of "and" in the special request section, it CUTS OFF the sentence and doesn't show it in full (so for example, instead of showing "only cheese & sauce", it will actually show just "only cheese" in final order receipt, which is very frustrating and has led to multiple WRONG ORDERS in the past).
3 ★ I like the visuals, the app gives lots of options. I also like the fact you can teack your order in stages from sending an order to the restaurant receiving the order to preparing the food and pick up from the outlet. My only issue is with the average delivery time. There is an estimate delivery time given for each outlet. Currently I am ordering from 1 outletnonly which is relatively close to my location, but I've consistently noticed that from the time food is ready for pick up to actual pick up from location takes some time, giving the impression that food is ready and waiting, but pick up not yet done. So.sometimes food has reached cold or just luke warm.
4 ★ Really awesome application 👌👍👍 I like this app as I can easily handle it and even track who is taking away my order for delivery. Nice experience with the app . Really appreciable app
1 ★ Big time looser! You order food and wait to only know the restaurant forgot to deliver and then the App does not share the restaurant number with you. No way to follow up your order. The only thing you can do is pray to God that the order delivers!
3 ★ It says that I live in an invalid area. I'm pretty sure it says this because it uses an out of date map and I know this because I live on a new area that has little to no buildings surrounding it. Talabat uses a feature that allows the client give details of the area they live in like the street number, house number etc to make sure that it's a valid area. On the other hand, this app doesn't let me enter any of the details about my area therefore it's unable to identify my area. I would have given you a 5 star rating if I am able to actually use this app.
3 ★ Like the app, it's user friendly and the layout is well thought of. Restaurants menus could be better but I believe it's the restaurant's responsibility to correctly add their menu. Customer service is almost non existent, you have to be really persistent to get a reply from them and hopefully fix your problem.
4 ★ its quite easy to order and the best part is it even takes promo codes when you would like to pay in cash! the only problem would be the limited number of restaurants to choose from, and I mean really limited. but through this app I also got to explore and try out new restaurants. In fact I found my favourite doughnut place from this app! overall, I would say its pretty good 😊
