1 ★ this is the worst app ever. difficult to use, absolutely no tech support or help. can't get my passports entered or recognized and keep getting an error message. i called the concierge number like it said and the woman was no help at all. i don't even want to go on the cruise anymore.

2 ★ I am trying up upload my Princess reservations, but the app won't recognize the reservation number. I also tried to input my personal information and address, and I can't input my zip code! Princess was no help. Anyone else with these problems?

2 ★ Problems...Unable to recognize my reservation number and won't take my zip code...called princess and created a ticket and told to check back in a few days...problem not fixed. anyone else?

1 ★ I'm trying to set up my profile and get nothing but errors starting the OCEAN ready network is unavailable or issues with my reservation. This app won't let me link my reservation number to my account because my wife already used it. What's the point of this app if you can't link multiple people/ accounts to the same reservation? I can't adjust my contract information (it reflects my wife's contact information) for the same reasons af stated above.

1 ★ Can't add a reservation for our upcoming cruise on regal princess. Tried to call their help line, on hold for 10+ minutes, gave up.

1 ★ Unable to create account after installation. Cannot get pass the "Create Password" page despite meeting all of the password requirement

1 ★ just installed on my Samsung 7 and can't even create an account. won't scroll to next button after entering name and birthdate...

3 ★ Not too difficult to use and no crashes, etc. This app basically is a self-help check-in. Not very exciting at all.

1 ★ So disappointed! Does not a find any of my reservations - and I have more than one. What sense does it make?

5 ★ I had no problem setting this up. Looking forward to using this on our next cruise. Watch you tube video to see how to set this up.

2 ★ I work with and assess software professionally. This app is very crash prone and buggy (Samsung Galaxy S8+, Android 9.0). Adding profile photo gets you stuck in a loop, entered information vanishes for menu when you move to the next tab. User experience is similar to dealing with an early beta app. The other related apps are equally unstable but I don't expect they intended to function until you are on board the ship. I will update review after check in and sailing but I have serious misgivings.
