1 ★ This is a scam, after 7 nights stay, I am told that they don't count as I didn't book them directly through Radisson. So any nights booked from a booking comparison site don't count as stays. Scam, avoid if you can.
3 ★ App cannot close after use otherwise reasonable app to make reservations
1 ★ This app needs to be fixed. I have tried to sign in countless times and have even uninstalled and reinstalled it and it says error after sign in then closes.
1 ★ useless if not worse. Does not even allow to login. I hope that the hotels fo not rely on this app.

3 ★ Forced to stay at Radisson for work. I was able to create an account on the website and after a while, I could login to the app, so I haven't had the same problem as a lot of the recent reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the app once I was logged in. The app is not intuitive nor does it have a contemporary appearance. It just seems like a high school students rushed attempt to pass a coding class.
