Description
This application is completely in Italian, knows about 400 food additives and their variants. Simply enter the code on the three or four digits (eg. 160 to E160).
If there are several variants (eg. 160a, 160b, ...), the application will ask you to choose the desired option. At this point shows the possible content and its main uses in the food industry.
For those who want to deepen, if the substance is documented on Wikipedia (also in Italian), the item will appear highlighted (the usual hyperlink). Just click to navigate on its Wikipedia page, often very rich in information and details.
The application does not use the Internet, except for navigation on Wikipedia: the database on additives is entirely self-contained. Consequently, it can be used even in the absence of connection, and does not consume battery power and bandwidth. Despite this, it has reduced size (about 70Kb).
