2 ★ Have enjoyed the couple times we have been on.The grands loved being able to connect. Wanted to be sure it worked well before paying for the subscription as I didn't realize there are a limited opening per month. Was timed out (didn't realize that either) but it was a a hit so went to purchase for the year but are not able to process it through. Tried 2 different days and 2 different payment types. Hoping to be able get it sorted out before the grands get disappointed and explore the options!

4 ★ Cool app but lots of bugs. We have it for our out-of-town family to read and connect with our son. It's great when it'll let me login. We've paid for a year so hopefully these issues and errors trying to login go away..
1 ★ I signed up this morning and it worked. Had a great time with the grandparents and subscribed to a monthly plan. Tried to log back in and suddenly won't let me in. Sincerely hoping this gets fixed very quickly otherwise I will be requesting my money back.

1 ★ Great when I can log in. Repeatable have issues logging in. Cannot log in again on my Samsung tablet. Very frustrating to ths point now that I am thinking of just asking for a refund. When I can log on it was great. But ha e had more log on issues than positive experiences. :(
1 ★ Terrible, seems that I need to pay for the app service to complete a story. The issue became more pronounced when it wanted one user to pay for the app while the other user account was simply locked. Not great, don't bother waisting time on this app.
5 ★ I read bedtime stories to my 3 year old granddaughter, and it was really fun! She could choose the books she wanted me to read, and could follow along and see all the pictures. She especially liked being the page turner😀!
