1 ★ The app needs to be updated. You have Rite Aid listed as a pharmacy that can give out 90 day supplies. This is wrong. It's terrible that you force people to go to CVS and making it incredibly inconvenient to go to other pharmacies. It's not like we have a choice in insurances that we PAY for.
4 ★ Good app . It does what it says. Need improvement to include OTC medicines, cost and number of refills .
1 ★ Can't log in, which is required to contact support. Telephone number they give as alternative is no longer in service.
1 ★ Totally unresponsive app. A waste of space on my phone, since clicking does absolutely nothing and I have to go to the website to order my prescriptions
1 ★ Was at one point good now it is garbage. I cant login or when i can it just stays white screen so i have to go on net.
2 ★ Says for easy refill take a picture of rx # but don't work and is you do it manually it ask for a 9 digit rx # and at cvs there is no 9 digit rx it's only EVER been 7 I don't know where they ever get a nine digit number on all my prescriptions there are no nine digit numbers
