1 ★ Don't download. it doesn't show bus schedule .. you need to keep trying hundred times till suddenly you find a bus that will leave in a minute or 2 and of course this is very short time to reach the station. They are saying that bus comes every 20 minutes but this never happens. I reserved a bus that will come in 6 minutes and I ran to the station and then I kept waiting for at least 20 minutes for the bus and I was carrying heavy bags. Very bad application.
2 ★ New version (v2.0.2) is a disater : 1-boarding number appears only once you get in the bus never before never after , so annoying restriction 2-i searched the trips and one of the options were fully booked , refreshed the results but the fully booked trip was still there 3-i was able to reach the step of booking an other trip while i am already on a trip and in the same time duration (i seen "yalla" button didn't press it though) 4-on Arabic interface , texts were overlapped , were unreadable
1 ★ Tried to use it several times, but I always get sorry it stopped !!!! I uninstalled the application after I kept trying for more than a week I'll install now again as I heard it's working now. HOPE TO USE IT . *** STILL COULD NOT REACH A SINGLE RIDE !!!! I want to use it from Maadi to Carrefour city centre ring road. Let me know what to do ?!?!? Please send me line & stops from Maadi to Carrefour ring road and to Cairo Festival Centre.
1 ★ I tried to reset my password and received the OTP and when entering and confirming new password it shows a funny and undescriptive error "password change wasn't successful" and that's it. also before that when entering phone number , it showed me an example of Egyptian mobile number which doesn't start with "0", but again the funny thing it didn't send me the OTP until I wrote the initial "Zero"
5 ★ Edit: Devs are listening! Changes so far are great. Don't trust the rating as there are many bad reviews because of the lack of service in their area. Now Careem Pay is available instead of having to use cash! Boarding pass is always available now to check. I consider the service a bit costly for the budgetty person, but still cheaper than competitors! Please add the feature to save favorite/recent lines so I don't have to navigate everytime to the bus I want.
1 ★ Very bad experience casued me a loss in money as the app is not secure enough to enter your credit card data or even trust it with topping money in it. There is a lot of bugs and issues especially for the payment and the appointments part honestly a complete failure compared to your other competitors. And about the customer support part takes a huge time to respond on phone and by email there is no response at all on it.
3 ★ It's average , because of the user experience and the crashing app every now and then . You need major enhancements as for the app where it does not allow me to log in with another account. And there are a lot of notifications su h as "playerId required" and similar ones related to the development of the app. Please work on this.
3 ★ The application is very useful I really love it and use it almost daily till I changed my device to pixel3 There is a bug that prevent me booking a trip. After selecting the pickup and drop-off point I can't click on "continue" button as it's behind the layout of the device and trying to click it took me back to the previous screen because the back button of mobile is selected instead of continue button of the application. Another bug the app is not working correctly after enabling rotation.
1 ★ it didn't take more than 24 hours to erase the app, the timing system is stupid, just keep saying time remaining and doesnt give you a specific time and hour. i went through this and said lets give it a try, before the ride for a friend witb like 3 hours, the app sent a message that "you missed your ride" XD its just a joke not a real app
1 ★ I have missed my bus 2 times and the captain didn't wait me even just for 1 min ! the time that was it should arrive in 15 mins and it just takes with me like 5 mins to arrive ...then "we are sorry you have missed your bus " is it fair !!! how can I connect with him ! how can't he wait me if he arrives early as long as this is the time agreed upon us !!! btw there isn't any reply to a mail I have already sent for 2 days !!!
1 ★ not good at all! the timing shown in the app doesn't match the real thing, it says 20 min and comes in 10. or 1 hr and comes in 2!!! since this last update, it is always saying that the line is not operating even though it shows options, but it cannot be booked.
1 ★ It turns out the application wasn't bugged there are just simply not enough buses, This app needs to show bus schedules as this randomness of hoping to find a bus only makes this service a plan B to it's obvious competition. What good is this app if almost all the time there aren't any buses available and you don't even know when the next bus's coming!
1 ★ I didn't like either the app or the service. Buses are of low quality. The app doesn't display the correct location of the bus. Sometimes I have to wait for 10 minutes or more after the scheduled arrival time. Other times the app surprises me that the bus is already at station before the scheduled time. I was sent a survey and they promised to give a free trip after taking the survey but they didn't! I would have never used it again anyway but why lying and giving promises?!!
1 ★ After the new update, the whole app crashed. All bus lines for all cities disappeared! No way to book any ride. Even before the update, bus tracking was misguiding. The map shows the bus exactly in front of me while there is no busses in my sight in any direction!. Too few destinations inside Alexandria. I rarely find a line heading to my destination. Uninstalling...this app took many chances than it deserve.
1 ★ I was able to use the app, but since the latest 2 -3 updates, the app is always blank. I tried it on another phone and it worked. I tried my app on different network connections and never worked. Plz fix... Thanks for replying, I have the latest version, I even deleted the app altogether and installed anew. Still the same issue. Phone is Oppo F7 and it has Android 8 (the software is the latest ColosOS).
