1 ★ Uae : Your app driver didn't get any help I lost cash many times cash trip some don't give cash . If Uber happens like that, we get their support and the cash collected will be removed later. mostly company drivers they don't accept wrong amount option we show how much that cash should be given to company give an app update like uber
5 ★ Careem is facing real competition now, the only thing careem can do to compete, just transform the app as indrive, most of riders like this type of app as far as my experience, drivers will also got liberty, which ride to choose. Currently two types of facilty like flexi go is good but confusing riders so only try to concentrate on one type and like Indrive.

1 ★ This ie my careem captain ID 3152389. As per your requirement i mention my id. But still i m facing same problem. Mean POPUP is still in backround. POPUP is still not coming on main screen of mobile.

I also appreciate the incentives and rewards that Careem offers to its captains. The app has improved a lot over the years and I hope it will continue to do so. Careem is the best ride-& Food delivery service in the region.
2 ★ when ever i reached to KHI airport so i didn't receive the ride cause the option of GO AIRPORT is not exist in my app but test of area i am receiving go rides so why not at airport and i dont have much time to go office cause its not near to airport even not all of the karachi .. so plz consider it as complained and rectify the issue if u can
1 ★ Pooe app. Lots of bugs and, moreover, customer support is extremely poor. They grab lots of drivers' money unfairly. There are lots of issues with the app like distance wrong calculation, missing salik toll charge, and many more. We are fed up with this app.

But like this app and all the inconvenience that's happening with everything, i can't call any support, and if I want to call, I have to write a letter. 1 ★ I am always on the latest version of the app and whenevr i put on destinatiom filter i keep getting other area rides even in 15 minutes of duration why is it so and upon cancrling the ride destinatiom filter geta off automatically why. Firstly i should noy get other area rides if my destination filter is active and wht destinatiom filter geta off as i cancel the ride. Fix these issues asap
5 ★ I feel, this app is good for work... problems is about fares./tolls...when rides/trips are more than 19km away droped fare expecting feels not good... and many rides/trips is many time more than 3km away pickup point not good... Overall this is best app for work, captains and customers support is good... When we have rating wice versa about captains and customers don't know about discuss why? My problem is for pickup location when rides received should no more than 2.5km 5o 3 km , away pickup p
