Breeze 2.0.3 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Configure an application for debugging.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Allows an application to read the user's calendar data.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

1 ★ This is terrible time-consuming and ridiculous every time I sign in it takes me back to the beginning where I have to write the app and then I have to sign all over again this is ridiculous
5 ★ Easy and productive and ahead of time before the appointment so not sitting in waiting room with other people longer then need to be and i can monitor my information and get updates, and appt dates and times and efficiently inform with doctor and staff
5 ★ Easiest online pre-appointment that I have done. I liked how previous medical information was already filled in. I could adjust it accordingly if needed.
5 ★ My husband just recently passed away & I'm not used to driving from North Judson especially to Merrillville. My husband drove me all the time so now I have to get used to driving a duel cab Chevy Silverado truck. This will make it easier on me & thank God it's not winter 🙏. I'll have it down pat by then. And I thank God for Dr.Reddy. He has been such a blessing to me and all of his patients I have talked to. ❤
3 ★ This is really laid out in a complicated way if you're on a mobile phone. Spelling errors within make me uncomfortable. Although only "yes" or "no" answers are your only option, a number of questions require other sorts of answers. Glad it's over but I AM checked in so it sort of worked.

1 ★ Doesn't save when going through registration so constantly had to restart the whole thing if I had to stop midway through. Didn't have the medication I was alleric to. Options to select when I received my vaccine to an unknown date as I received them as a child not available. Frustrating app to use.
1 ★ Terrible! Tried to click the link provided to reset password and it sends me to the login screen again. Constantly having issues with this
