1 ★ I am writing the right card id and pin and the app says that the card is invalid. How is it invalid if I am typing the right info!!!???
1 ★ App just results in a white page, seems you just waste money on buying stuff from them.
1 ★ I bought the giftcard to use on an online store. I bought board games for 60% of the gift card value but 100% of the card value was drawn so I lost I a lot of money!!!! I want 587 SEK to be put back into my gift card as this was not used!

5 ★ Jag hade ett problem med att öppna ett presentkort. Jag kontaktade de och svarade mig på inom 12 timmar. Dessutom förklarade de varför kortet kunde inte öppnas. Fick pengarna tillbaka. Inget och klaga på.
2 ★ Rätt så risig app. Kan inte se saldo på present korten i appen, korten verkar inte heller vara bundna till något konto, så om jag skulle förlora min telefon tror jag det kan bli svårt att få tillgång till korten igen. Känns som att dessa brister inte vore så svåra att fixa. Ett konto med 2 faktor login är det minsta man kan begära för en app som denna.
