5 ★ Ever since I had decided to get card's threw here I've only had one issue with loading money on to one of my cards other than that I love my cards by not a big fan of the monthly fees u have to pay for loading money to the cards and the fact that u can't overdraft even if you needed the few extra dollars for a bill.

5 ★ This is a very basic application. What's very contrasting and also makes it unique despite it's very basicnes, is you can cash checks, mange you're money, link the card to your phone and email, you can order and shut the card down with no effort, and you can add money easily. All in all, not a bad app. It's convenience is very useful in many different forms.

1 ★ Somehow my phone # was wrong when it came to verifying for security reasons even tho it was listed correctly in my personal information. Customer service said i had to send them a copy of drivers license & phone bill to authorize the change. CSR did not want to listen to the fact that my profile had it listed correctly. This all before my initial deposit I was looking forward to using this account. Deleted!!! Very disappointed. Glad it happened before i trusted them with $$$.

1 ★ This is not a good debit card, my card info was hacked easy, all my money was taken off my card with no transaction history, I got money transferred to my card, I checked, it was there, then later went to use my card, all my money was gone. I went on line to look at my transactions to see the last one processed, there was money that was put on my card, not anything about where, what, who took the money off my card. No options for help. Calling hrs are 7am-10pm now I get to wait. Not happy!!!

3 ★ I have no issues or complaints with the company their customer service reps or the card . My only issues are with the app itself and fees. The app is very lowend and doesnt allow you to do many things or know info in details. Tgeres not even a time stamp or description on transactions. You have to login every time and push notif or texts ever work. And after dep over 15 grand and sownding it the first monrh i didnt meet the DD amount requirment tgey charged me $10 maint fee nd sent me neg not ok

3 ★ I liked it at first, the thought that I can have 3 separate accounts and move money around to use each account for diffremt things like one for gas and one for On line shopping and one for savings was appealing... But turns out you can only load 1000 dollars a day per all 3 accounts not each so not so separate there, and then I can only transfer 500 max at a time between accounts and then only 1000 max to each account amd I can't transfer with my chime account... very misleading an disappointing

5 ★ Great card to have. Easy setup, easy use of app. I get paid every weds instead of every fri. It's a great card to have. The benefits of getting my paycheck 2 days earlier, & among other benefits I get with this card. The benefits are definitely worth the small fee. 5 stars all the way!!! By far the best!!! For me way better then Netspend. Keep up the Great Work!!

5 ★ Love this card and the app! Enjoy the idea that I can transfer money between 3 cards! Only issue I have is I had a few relatives order card to be able to transfer money to their card but app doesn't let me! Always get a message saying transfer has to be to card with same bank and they have the card from same company!

5 ★ Love all y'all card designs beautiful can't wait to start using it and swipe it refer friends and get other card designs so many unique and different ones to choose from 1,000s of cards to pick through it's safe and easy trustworthy and all low fees or no fees better then other cards and banks it's very easy to use I mean very easy not difficult at all we can use it with our eyes clothes shut tight lol I made the right choice to bank with didn't take nothing but a minute to make my account

5 ★ This card charges you all kinds of extra charges for everything. And sometimes it charges you twice if you dont dont pay close attention to your transactions. I'm very unhappy with this card service & will be canceling my service with them. Dont get this card if your already financially struggling because it will put you in the negative.

4 ★ I've had absolutely no issues with the actual card. My money transfers right away or when it says it will, it's always on time, BUT My app will not update anything on its own. I always have to refresh or go out and back in. On my phone before this I uninstalled then reinstalled and it was great but now on my new phone its back to the same thing. Are you guys planning on updating your system anytime soon? The apps is very convenient and makes things move quicker!

5 ★ Love being able to transfer funds between cards and cash checks and check my balance within seconds and without making calls or sitting in front of my laptop! Easy to use is a bonus. And when my wallet was stolen I was able to put my cards on hold. When I was sure they were stolen I got my replacement cards with a few days for free. Awesome!

5 ★ So far so good !!! Haven't had a problem ever !! And I love how you can pick out a kool looking card !! And customer service is very helpful and informative ! Deff recommend to all !! Early paycheck comes in handy when you get it. I get mine 3 days b4 original pay date !!

1 ★ Had my wallet stolen. ID, other bank cards and SS card were all taken. I had absolutely no problems with OTHER bank cards, while replacing them and being able to transfer money. But of course, this card won't do a damned thing to lift a finger to help me. I have NO ACCESS to my funds, no chance to transfer money, nothing. And check this out! When I originally opened the account, I didn't need ID. BUT now that I need to get a new card, I must show them ID... REALLY? I'm done with this card.

5 ★ Money is put on a couple of days before, which is great. Always receive a very quick timely text when the card has been used or a deposit is put in. Love that I can deposit a check from the comfort of my living room having the money from the check in ten days, no fee, dobt gave to use any gas to go to bank. Literally doesnt cost to deposit a check. Customers service is friendly they are helping with a dispute from a company that I had discontinued with that still took a payment.
