*The BPL app is now available in four languages (English, Spanish, Chinese and Russian), and you can now add multiple library cards to your account.
*Bug fixes in 1.0.4: Missing pickup locations for holds.

4 ★ Works well, very convenient. Now if you can add the capability to pay fines/fees, I'd give the app an extra 🌟. All in all, very handy.
2 ★ The app is missing Booklists-a way for me to keep track of the books I want to read and easily put those books on hold. Without it, the app is worthless.

2 ★ Dumb programming. Obviously memorizes your card number and auto logs you in, yet keeps demanding the same info to accomplish anything. Oh, and no way to cut and paste that info.
1 ★ Searching for Charlotte's Web results and "no search results" and performing the same search on the desktop website produces what you would expect when you search a title like this.

4 ★ Very sad about this update. Unable to request books and it's incredibly slow ... might as well use the bpl website page. I like the mobile library card option - it's nice so that I won't ever forget it again, but, not worth the space on my phone just to have that option if the rest of the app doesn't function properly. PLEASE FIX!! EDIT: First gave it one star but it's become much better and even has a cool self-checkout option!!!
