5 ★ This is a great app. I’ve learned lots of photography skills from this app, understood manual photography and I’m now using it to teach 4 of my friends interested in photography. I’ve logged in and registered my products so that it tailors my content to my Canon EOS 2000D. Whether you have just started photography or if you’ve been doing it for a few years, you should definitely get this app. It will help.
4 ★ Great app with far more information than I initially thought. I would suggest the developer adds a second menu. The navigation buttons don't always appear at the bottom of the screen on my phone. When they do you can access a huge amount of information which is admittedly aimed at new photographers. It's well presented, clear, and simple to understand.
3 ★ There was a time when Canon pros would post pictures of stars, reflection, miniature, portraits and you would be able to see the pictures settings. I miss that feature 😭. Please bring it back. If you do, then 5 stars.
1 ★ I've told it what camera I have but the instructions for taking better pictures are for a different camera. Then when I come out of the app and go back into it I have to reload my details? Not very inspiring. Just reloaded the app to check if it was me. But again I day I have a G7x and then the app loads a gx1. Rubbish
5 ★ I love this extremely detailed app about my 2 DSLR Cameras. It is so clear and easy to follow with diagrams and photographs too. I knew I had bought 2 very good Cameras, but after reading about them in this app I now realise how excellent my Cameras truly are!
4 ★ Really Good but 1 niggle. Great app, works really well. The only (minor) downside is that when disconnecting camera, it no longer disables WiFi connection, leaving me to turn off manually. Used to do this, but last couple of updates seem to have removed this facility.
1 ★ Can I get the previous version back please? It was so much better. Better layout.. tutorials were there where I can see them. This new one makes me want to sell my camera :-(
2 ★ Dear Canon team, I use this app for my 5D Mark IV. But why I am unable to transfer video /Time-lapse videos. Photo share is fine. Please advise if there is an easy way. Since this app makes fast transfer rather using a PC or Mac. Hope to receive your reply soon.
1 ★ crashes on loading. a script error message appears at the bottom of the page for a second then disappears leaving the splash screen and there it stays :-( I have captured a screen shot and sent it via email
4 ★ finally got it to work , it seems you have to just type in the camera number,not the camera name, typed in canon . but it did'nt work , so just typed in 200D & it came up .was'nt very clear on the search page .
