Download the latest Speaking Clock: Hourly alarm application, version 1.40, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by CANDYPOT and is easy to download and install.

Description
And since I used my smartphone, I did not use my wrist watch very well.
However, it is annoying to take out the mobile phone from the bag every time to check the time.
Now everyone can easily check the time. And disabled people can also use.

Start and End: You can choose start and end between 24 hours.
Interval: You can choose a notification interval from 1 minute to 1 hour.
Day of the week: You can choose the day of the week you want to be notified.
Mode: You can choose whether to be notified based on the ringing or vibration mode.
Sound: You can select the sound you want to play when notified. It is recommended to use with voice output.
Volume: Allows you to control notification and speaking volume.
Speaking: Use TTS voice to tell the current time when you are notified.
Battery level: Tells the remaining battery level every 3 hours.
Speech engine: you can choose the voice of the manufacturer or the voice you purchased from the store.
Speech language: If your voice engine supports it, you can receive notifications in other languages. It helps you to learn a foreign language.
Speech rate: You can control speaking speed.
Vibration: Vibrate in a variety of patterns depending on the interval.
Blinking flashlight(Latest devices): You can be notified by light when you are deaf or need it.
* IMPORTANT: Notifications may not work if recent devices do not allow battery optimization exclusions.
* IMPORTANT: We've confirmed that some devices may experience intermittent audio outages or delays when using the latest Google TTS. You can delete the app to change to the initial version or use a different speech engine (or Samsung TTS for Galaxy products)

Speaking Clock: Hourly alarm 1.40 APK requires following permissions:
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Permission an application must hold in order to use ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

2 ★ Extra star earned for good response. 👍 Now what about support for 24 hour time speaking? My phone is set for 24 hour time, but the app doesn't recognize this.
5 ★ Very helpful especially during night. Previously I used to look into the wall clock every five or ten minutes thus disturbing my sleep. Now after setting the sleeping clock for every 20 minutes during the night, I sleep well to a long stretch of time without the need of opening my eyes. The conference that the time will be announced periodically make me sleep comfortably and continuously. Thanks.
3 ★ Recently downloaded and while previewing, observed an audible date and time of day feature, which claims to be available at the beginning of the time/interval announcement, which provides enormous needed flexibility. Sadly, this feature does not appear to be functional.
4 ★ nice app, but in Setting i set start 6am, end 12am it's working well, then not working any more until i get into the app again tomorrow morning,.. already switched on off frequently delay button and see but not working... completely died after 12am... how can I make it wake up automatically at 6am, is any solution there..
4 ★ hey I found a problem with the talking clock like I said before it takes about 30 seconds or a minute or so to speak the time but the people works so it's done the beat goes on then quickly I turn on the screen then it talks quickly but if I don't do that then it takes about 30 seconds or a minute or so any solutions for me yes I did do that I did turn the improve accuracy on but it still does it
5 ★ It is better if we can choose different ring for each quarter. Language in Voice Notification does not work.
5 ★ Good and useful app. It is possible to set the hourly prompt at 15 minutes to the hour instead of dead on the hour?
