Description
Diet Clock is a new way for you to control your calorie intake.
It displays your calorie usage in real time, and at a glance Diet Clock will show you how much to eat every day.
Diet Clock is very easy to understand - It works like a calorie chronometer.
- Calories from food will be added to the total.
- Calories burned (including your exercise) will be subtracted from the total.
So all you have to do is keep the counter as close to zero as possible - by logging what you eat.
Just set your daily calorie intake, hit start, and you're good to go!

:: QUICK OVERVIEW
1 - Diet Clock is designed to help you control your calorie intake. Whether you want to maintain, lose, or gain weight, this application will help you focus on what’s important: your caloric balance.
2 - The idea is simple. Define a goal (daily calories) and keep yourself Balanced in the context of this goal. The app will indicate when you’ve eaten too much (surplus), or too little (deficit)
3 - Calories from food will be added to the total. Calories burned (including exercise) will be subtracted from the total.
4 - Elapsed time is converted into calories burned. Therefore, your caloric balance will be reduced automatically throughout the day. This simulates your metabolic rate.
5 - If you overeat, you can compensate by doing exercises or eating less over the next few hours.
6 - Check your Profile to determine your ideal calorie intake.

2 ★ The idea is very good but execution needs tons of work. Bugs: 1)on the main screen default is metric units; you enter your weight, say,79 kg (no way to use decimals here), then go to weight tracker to discover that your weight is in imperial units (174 lb); you go to settings, change units to metric there and get 174 kg! Then to change this you need to click on '-' button 950 times to edit the figure going through the decimals! 2)You cannot set up daily calories to a negative number but if you are fasting and exercising that is what you would expect. Needed improvements: 1)The interface is far from intuitive - how do I create an account, both options are grayed out. 2)Would be useful to have an option to create a list of activities with different calories usage and to be able to choose the one you are currently doing to change the speed of the clock: when you are sitting calmly it slows down, when you are walking it speeds up, when you are exercising it speeds up more, etc. 3) A widget with the countdown/clock would be great to have
4 ★ Overall, does what I was looking for it to do without having a ton of unnecessary features. Found a slightly annoying bug: UI for tracking weight lost in real time shows number in kg, even when switched to imperial units. Also it would be nice to have a widget to show calories and weight lost on my device's home screen in real time and to quickly input calories eaten and calories burned from the same or an additional widget.
4 ★ Like this app as it does change behaviours for the better if you see you are stacking up the calories Lost a star as I can't change the gender in the profile which does make the realtime tracking pretty inaccurate for me
5 ★ Superb app. This is the first time I've seen an app that assists weightloss and controlled diet like this through a real time estimated calorie counter. It's really motivating and if I overeat it helps me determine how long I need to refrain from eating again. Entering calories consumed and spent is easy enough with the sliders and once entered you can easily resuse the following day by left swiping on the entry and then selecting the arrow icon. This is well worth the price.
4 ★ Everything is exceptional except one thing. As one that not only wants to lose weight, but make healthy choices. It seems that when a good entry is recorded, the grams for the serving reset to 100g thereafter. Most people I know come to an acceptable serving size for the foods they eat and rarely stray. In order to be accurate, I'd have to remember exactly how many grams are in each serving of certain foods or try to find it again on the net.
5 ★ My gosh this is a brilliant app! Thanks for the free offer a month back, didn't really used it till now and found many hidden features inside. You can pretty much change almost everything. Has a variety list of stuff which may be uploaded by people so you need to have internet to use their list of food and exercises or just add your own. When I used it earlier and just left it...there was a hidden easter egg inside where I got like -20000 calories...it said I was technically dead😂
5 ★ really great app and if miss anything of food, I mean it can not have all the food in the world in it, then you can put it in yourself also like the thing if you eat and you overeat then you can see how much stil is left after sleeping and if look in the app next day so you know you need to slow down a bit what in other apps is zero if you open next day and start fresh with your new calorie goal and forget about what you ate to much the day before so I really think this one helps alot more also the creator is very kind I had trouble downloading it and after few days I got it free also very kind I hope his problem is solved with that stil thanks for that Mr. Cancian oh and I like to update the most nicest is you do not get annoying messages like some have like you get to the end of your daily calorie budget or when a day you go over it a sad looking face with tekst wel better luck next day and here if you just try to keep the Arrow in the middle of the bar even sometimes if you eat more then wanted it just help if you get it slowly back in the middle I use it few weeks now and slowly lost like 2 kilo's and I have it on 1800 calories a day so not even that low and I this way loose slowly but importent is it is an easy way to keep up with it when you gt to the weigth you want to be and can keep on going it is not like starving so I am glad this works good for me if could give mor stars I would but it deserves those 5 stars and more so if you tried alot and it did not help I say it is really worth the money and it is just one time fee and you can use all features for most other programs you pay 3 times or more each month to be able to use all but if you stop the using of all stops to also I never ever write reviews most of time I try few days if not like it or do not see the use of again another program that works like others that did not help but this one I am now trying almost 4 or 5 weeks and I am loosing slowly weight and do not feel hungry or bad and even eat my chips in weekend lol so I would really give it a try sorry for such long review but just glad it works for me
2 ★ Loving this app so far, but I wish it was quicker to log calories. I don't want to create a new food each time, so if I could just open the app and do +50, +200, etc, that would be so much easier. I don't want to log nutrients or actual foods, only calories.
4 ★ Greatest app in technical functionality, but the UI could be better designed (some relevant features are only found by accident) and the user-created list of food items is horrendously in need of some curation

1 ★ 2nd time in a month your app has dumped over a week of data and reset to where the data and settings were months ago. Backup did nothing. Weeks of data just lost
5 ★ Good App. But a 'Caloric Balance' widget would be very handy. A person would not have to open the app. Good App though!.
