5 ★ Points not updating since last update. Unable to see transaction history. Just getting error message unable to connect. Update: after raising the concern. Dev team reach out thru email and call to resolve the issue. After re-installing the app, points and transaction history now updated. Kudos!
5 ★ I like the new update. The app looks clean. But what I like most is that I can earn and redeem points even without internet. I just need my QR 🙂 My points are credited real time also when I purchase to Robinsons. Recently used some of my points to pay on my groceries! I hope makakapagdeliver na sila sa aming area soon at maraming free shipping!!!
4 ★ Always says "card number doesn't exist". Got my card at robinson's supermarket antipolo Update: After raising the concern. A staff from go rewards reach out thru call to resolve the issue. Right now I'm just waiting for my preferred card to be activated. I'll change this to 5 stars once my card is activated. Thank you!
1 ★ Can't link my card. Every time I try to link my card, the error message is different. Either the card and name does not match, which it does, or it's link to another account, or can't find the card on the system, etc. I'd rather just use the physical card if it won't allow me to link it. Wasted time trying several times and even sending email when you click let us assist button does not help since you'll only get an automated response.
5 ★ I love this app for many reasons. It makes shopping more convenient. Offers same-day delivery. Free delivery for purchases P3,500 up. Then, a lifetime membership. Thank you Go Rewards PH!
1 ★ Lost my money and not refunded to me for unavailable items. The old payment system before was far way better than now. They had to confirm first if there are unavailable items so that amount of money to be sent for payment is already been adjusted before charging me the amount to my GCash account. Because of this I can no longer trust anyone here because it was my money that was lost and nobody even care to send back my refund to my GCash account. Very inconvenient and disgusting.
1 ★ Can't even register. It asks if I have an existing Robinsons Rewards card, let's me scan the barcode on the back of my card, but does nothing else. The button to continue at the bottom of the screen is greyed out.
5 ★ Customer service was excellent! Helped me until the problem was solved. Never did i get such customer service dedication from start to finish from any other company. Kudos to all of you! Continue your great service. That was really one for the record books.
2 ★ Whenever I try to log in, it says that my card isn't available. Like? Hello. I'm not trying to put a card in, I'm just trying to log in. Lol. Uninstalled the app. Will not be using again.
1 ★ After updating my Robinsons app to Go Rewards Ph, my points don't update anymore even after getting new points from recent grocery receipts. Transaction history keeps saying "unable to connect please try again later." Done that many times but still no use.
1 ★ I can't use this app since the new app update, you managed to restore all my points to my previous account but in the new app (Go Rewards) new points are only added when I shop but still using my old card because the QR CODE of Go Reward app error and it says "account inactive". Please fix it 'coz sometimes my card left at home 😪😭😢
1 ★ Useless! Unable to link with my Robinsons Card. Tried to register as New. Unable to "read" card property daw. Frustrated, I uninstalled the app. Good riddance.
1 ★ I always wanted to check my transaction history every after using the card. But History always appear "unable to connect" even i have good internet connection.
5 ★ After the recent update, I could no longer login. Very inconvenient. Update 13 May 2021: Customer service extended assistance to update my registered mobile with my new mobile. I forgot that my login was an old mobile that is why I could not login before. Great assistance.
5 ★ This app does not recognize my Robinsons Rewards card at all. Total BS. UPDATE: After Customer Service called me in less than 24 hrs, my issue was immediately solved. Thank you Go Rewards Team!
