5 ★ Is great service very convenient and helpful
1 ★ Might be good but everytime I ordered they said they were to busy and couldn't get to me. Even when I ordered a week in advance (as far out as you can order ahead) it still said on the day of that they couldnt get to me. You have to pay membership fees per month too. Luckily I was on the free trial but i definitely wouldnt pay for it considering I would just be throwing away money since they never came once.
1 ★ Bad marketing folks: you can't find out gas prices without FIRST giving up full name, Email address, phone. So I uninstalled the app. Other than the public site declaring "monthly service fee starts at $16..." you can't learn the price per gallon without first getting on their telemarketing list. No thanks. I really wanted to consider this plan but not if it isn't up front about cost/value.
5 ★ An awesome service with and easy to use app. Company keeps me well informed as to what the fueling status is. They send me a picture of my plate when fueling is complete and the app is continuously updating. I can't wait for winter, no more cold hands and feet while trying to get out my card. No more waiting in line for ppl to get in/out of their cars at the gas station.
5 ★ My husband and I have been using this app for about two months now. The company was featured on our local news just days after I stood in the freezing cold refilling my tank. Brrrr@#!!! We decided to give it a try, and take advantage of the special offer. (Nice incentive!) This service is UNBELIEVABLE! Our tech, Jimmy, is AWESOME! Rachel, our scheduler, is the NICEST PERSON! She is always pleasant and accommodating. Great service!!
3 ★ great when the tech filled up with gas, but recently the reliability has fallen. 2 missed fillups (one was so late/out of the window that we had to cancel) and the other where the tech mysteriously couldn't find our car even though we explicitly pinned its location and they had filled up our cars in that spot previously. i like these folks, but if you can't fulfill your service, it makes it difficult to compete in a highly competitive environment.
5 ★ Easy way to fuel up while your working!!
5 ★ The Yoshi service is amazing. If you think the monthly membership fee is high, take into consideration the gas price savings and the time savings and you'll find it's only a few dollars more than it would cost you to pump yourself. It's not without it's issues, but the support staff is always friendly and accommodating. Help is always a call or text message away.
1 ★ Canceled my trial after they failed to find my car three times in succession. No follow up other than to say my gas service was canceled. Would have expected customer service to reach out and resolve this after the first missed service let alone after three. App needs the ability to give additional info about car location. Such as which floor of a parking garage you are parked on if there is more than one.
5 ★ Excellent service. They are prompt and professional. I love this concept. It's help me tremendously. The convience of utilizing their services are second to none. I can have a fill-up, tires checked oil change, car detailed, all while I'm sitting in my office at work. I love it!
5 ★ You must sign up for Yoshi! Its wonderful, great customer service from both tech and cs rep. I hate pumping gas I'd rather do laundry and dishes and Yoshi was the absolute best solution. Super convenient quick responses from customer service great price and all you have to do is leave your tank open! Easy scheduling and they offer other services that are also a nuisance like windshield wiper fluid, I run out of this all the time and Im to short to clean my own windshield another great service!
5 ★ Quite honestly amazing service, requested and filled up within an hour consistently! Can't recommend highly enough. Only suggestion is to include the ability to view past fill-up receipts in the app instead of having to track down each individual email.
4 ★ love this concept! just giving 4 stars because of time frame of 4 hrs to know when they are coming.Great for office people.Great for my daughter while she is at school and then I don't worry about her filling up w gas at a gas station while all the crime of stealing cars and snatching purses at gas stations is going on much safer.The communication between the "Rachels"and the driver is awful. They only respond by text. They are getting so busy that they can't make the 4 hrs window. Hire more!
1 ★ downloaded the app because I had a promo for 99¢ per gallon. i booked the gas fill up for june 18 the day before on june 17. the morning of i get a text saying the routes are full and if i wanted to change my day- i said no. the agent says ok no problem. gas fill up is from 9-1 pm, i check the app because ive been waiting and the changed it for me without my knowledge or permission to next week. not cool ive been waiting for hours, delaying my errands for this gas delivery. very unhappy.
1 ★ I will change this rating if i ever get the service I desire from this company. They are frly new so somethings are understood but need to be addressed. I scheduled an appmnt yesterday for today. I cleared my schedule and canceled appmnts to receive this service. They let me know this am that they arent coming because it's too busy in my area. they shouldve informed me of this yesterday. i also suggest they change their scheduling to times they are available instead of leaving customers abandoned
