Call Recording Default Settings:
Automatic Record Everything (default) - Record all calls, except for pre-selected contacts you chose to ignore.
Manual Ignore Everything - Record no calls, except for pre-selected contacts you chose to be recorded.
Record Unregistered Contacts - Records all calls with people who are not contacts, except for contacts pre-selected to be recorded.
