CallRail 4.6.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

4 ★ It's been working very well for me. A few things that would be more helpful. When adding notes to a call it would be nice if it could attach to all the following calls. So when you get another call it would show previous notes allowing to continually add. It would also be a help if you could rename the calls. And in the Tags section. A custom option that would allow us to create one.

2 ★ Reported to support that push notifications were not working. After 4 days got an email back saying to dl an older version- link was broken. Responded letting support know link was broken- after 4 more days recieved email back telling me "sorry, maybe check for latest update".... of which there are none.... Also still waiting for a response to my question regarding the lack of "opt out" text message option on the text to number feature.

1 ★ Callrail has gone to pot. They used to be an excellent phone company. I've used them for years. Recently, I think they must have gotten bought out because they used to have fabulous customer service and an excellent android app. Now they have cancelled their inbound phone support customer service department and their app does not work on android. You just get a white screen and the app never loads. You also cant call them anymore, only b.s. email tickets. I'm looking for a new provider.

1 ★ The update back in April still has not been addressed. it doesnt load calls or texts. seems to be a problem only on android. My other team members who have iPhones dont have the issue. Just all of us with android. It has been a a couple week now. We are about to switch to another service.

1 ★ I'm a paying customer of almost 3 years. Everything worked ok until a few days ago. Now everytime I open the app, there's a frozen white screen that appears after the "call rail" logo displays. Sign-in screen never displays. I'm an android user.

1 ★ I have been using this app on my Samsung Note 8 for almost a year. The app tried to log me out due to me changing my password. It stalled, I uninstalled the app and then subsequently reinstalled it. So far I have attempted to reinstall it 6 times and it is no longer opening up for me. 😥

1 ★ Stopped recieving notifications for calls and texts and also now I am not showing any updated calls or texts that we have had. Last call showing on the app was on Aug 28th and we have had several calls since then. Can only see it via desktop and not through app. What is going on? I have submit a ticket previous with no real response and now submitted another ticket again. Can someone please get this issue fixed. I am missing out on leads because of this!!! 1 ★ I should have been read the reviews before we purchase this app. The first time the app just start opening up on my Android phone, so I changed the phone, but now its happening again and it's messing with my business.🤬

2 ★ App is very limited and glitchy I am OK with the main application but they need to improve the app as I;m starting to get annoyed with call rail andconsidering alternatives. I can't even get notifications from the app on new leads I tried many times with callrail why thats happening and they cant fix or know why is happening

3 ★ Was great before the last update and now my app cannot show any calls from the same day. I can only see a record of past calls. Hoping you can fix this issue asap. Thanks

2 ★ The app is extremely slow and seems to always switch a the company that I don't want to use when I click on the notifications. I also can not see if it's a business or personal call until after I answer.

1 ★ I rate CallRail no stars. I had tried there trial offer and I was having trouble using the sight and app and never got help. And when I was trying to cancel before my trial offer ended they charged me before responding and canceling my account. And they won't refund me. Smdh....Not happy at all!!😡😡😡😡

4 ★ never had any issues until the last update. my callrail app opens to a blank white screen for over a week now and I'm missing alot of business. please fix soon! I love callrail!

3 ★ I was able to use it just fine before this last update, now all I see is a blank screen on opening. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it still isnt working....

1 ★ App only worked for a month and then shut down. App gets stucked in a white screen upon opening it. My business is losing money as I'm not able to track thing on hand. Terrible.
