Description
Call blocker can reject unwanted calls automatically. If you have been annoyed by spam calls from advertiser or anyone, you can just add the number to blacklist and let Block Incoming Call do the job.
call blocker is light-weighted and stable, cost very little memory and CPU resources.
You can add unwanted numbers to the "Blacklist" from the call log or directory, or enter a number manually using call blocker app. The "Start With" option also allows you to block a series of call numbers that start with certain numbers.
core features of call blocker :
? BlackList: You can add any unwanted numbers to the blacklist. After call blocking a notification will show you number blocking info.
? Blocking: You can block all calls when you are busy. Then this option can block all incoming numbers.
? Whitelist: you can make your own whitelist only listed people can call you.

Call Blocker 1.6 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to read the user's call log.
Allows modification of the telephony state - power on, mmi, etc.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
