Description
Gurugram residents, get your Fresh Fruits, Vegetables and groceries delivered in 75 minutes. Atcost is Gurugram's largest fruit, vegetable retailer and also delivery hundreds of daily essential food and non-food items. With over 7 physical store and 3 online delivery centers, we cover a very large part of Gurugram.
We procure our products from farmers, direct producers and various wholesale markets close to the source. Our range includes freshest fruits and vegetables, groceries including quality assured lentils (dal), fresh spices (masala), breads, dairy products, biscuits, snacks, cereals, dry fruits, packaged food products (including drinks & mixes, jams, pickles, tea, coffee), flour, rice, oil and ghee, potted plants, home & household essentials, personal hygiene and grooming products & more at RIGHT PRICE.
FEATURES AND SERVICES
* Besides Fresh fruits and vegetables, products from leading brands and also Atcost's inhouse branded products whose quality is verified by us.
* For most products in fruits and vegetables categories, we bill you as per the actual weight of the item. For example if you ordered 1 unit of Apple (500gm unit) and the actual weight of apples delivered is 495gm, you get immediate credit of 5gm worth of apples in your Atcost Wallet. You will be able to see the ordered quantity and billed quantity in your bill and also in the app.
* Atcost Wallet is where your refunds and advances are maintained. Any balance in Atcost Wallet never expires (except promotional credits) and can be used anytime on the Atcost App. You can also load your Atcost Wallet directly through the app.
* Two payment gateways ensure that you are able to pay for your orders at all times.

3 ★ Order tracking is not good, there should be a contact no. Of delivery person and the tracking should be updated. Reach to Customer care is very hard by the provided no. After receiving a feedback call, I am Updating some positive things about atcost like Price is genuine and the quality is average to good.
5 ★ It is good. However, there should be some provision of returning the amount of item in bad condition (viz last time guava one piece of around 400/- gram was not good)/ or eqevalent adjustment should be done in the next order. Overall We are satisfied. Is the mixed grain flour available.?
2 ★ The vegetable is good but they have no control on weight. If u order 250g, they will send 400g, for 2kg order, they will send 2.3 kg. And then, this extra charges will be deducted from the wallet. The weight variation should be controlled. More than 50% extra weight is not good. Why should customer pay this much extra amount.
1 ★ Recently started using this app. However, my experience has not been smooth. Some item was missing from my order. Took up the matter through message as well as call to customer support, but no response has come from them. Quite frustrating.
1 ★ Pathetic and unorganized service of vegetables and fruits. Mostly, the fruits and vegetables are rotten and sometimes they come with fungus on them. There is no customer support as well. On changing my platform I realized that they even jumble on the quantity. Best, don't avail their service. Rather, Otify and fruit uncle are a must try!
3 ★ I have been using Atcost since last 4-5 months Every time when the deliveryboy comes to deliver the order, I notice that the seal of the delivery box is already open. This increases the chances of pilferage in the way. Hope Atcost takes this in notice and instructs it's staff accordingly.
1 ★ Please don't buy vegetables form this app. As they will not only send stale vegetable, some part of the order will be missing too and the concerned persons will not even respond to your calls for the refund. They are cheaters.
4 ★ The app is really nice and the service of the store is good too. The quality of the vegetables is great but it's a bit hard to search for somethings and they should increase the range of products.
1 ★ From my experience, the vegetables were rotton and fruits were in bad condition. I request y'all not to purchase any item from Atcost application. Instead purchase physically and you'll have number of choices.
1 ★ I have ordered 2 liters of Amul Full Cream milk and it was delivered to me on 10th May 2021. I was really shocked when noticed that it was all curdled. I raised my query twice in there app and no revert. Also called there Customer Care number and as aspected no response. Really had a bad experience.
1 ★ Today was second attempt to order from this app. It fails miserably. App is slow. Couldn't check out after making cart. This was same experience last time.
1 ★ they take order through app, then deliver partial order because of non avaibility which they should before taking money and when it comes to refund they make you call 3-4 times. When i asked their executive Tejaswini why the process is taking so long and why do they need so many calls she told keep calling us until you dont receive refund(as if we have only one task), their watsapp helpline when you ask for refund. After several call they refund you in the wallet instead bank. Pathetic.
1 ★ No refunds for spoilt fruits & vegetables. Initial 2 times their fruits/vegetables quality was good, but after that got spoilt terrible quality stuff from them every time.
1 ★ Overall experience is really bad. There instant delivery charges are scam. Don't order vegitable from this app will never get the delivery on time and there vegitables are not fresh at all.
1 ★ Very bad service. Order not delivered and calls cannot connected to call center. Very very bad app and service is very poor. Not recommended
