Description
Science Today is the California Academy of Sciences’ channel for current stories on cutting-edge technologies, life, Earth, space, sustainability and Academy Research. Videos and articles are produced in-house and can also be found throughout the museum, and on our website. www.calacademy.org/sciencetoday.
App permissions
Science Today 1.2.10 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

3 ★ It fails one of the basics of any app: it does not honour one's own android settings ... Specifically it ignores screen orientation settings with no way to override this. That is very poor UX/UI implementation.
5 ★ The information is accurate I love science & being a science student I recommended it to every science student I am sure you will like it . Its amazing. Super cool app
4 ★ Cool layout! However, no built in offline reading option. Theme and font size not adjustable.
1 ★ Doesn't work on Android as of January 2018. Runs but shows black screens with no content.
