1 ★ The frame itself is really nice. The app is horrible. I pay over $100 for the frame and the app is very glitchy. Unable to add people so they can send photos to the frame. And that was the whole point in getting this one. Not happy at all.
1 ★ There are other options, use them. Unintuitive app, doesn't update new photos well, confusing design decisions that are frustrating enough for someone tech savvy let alone the parents you have to walk through it. Literally- just work. That's all you need to do. But even fram and app resets won't get the photos updated.
1 ★ Glitchy. Sometimes the photos uploaded promptly. Other times, it took multiple tries and then the photo still didn't show up for about a half an hour. Then, it showed up multiple times which led me to try to delete the duplicates. The delete still hasn't worked after several tries. Also, the advertising inferred that photos could be texted directly to the frame bypassing using the app. Nope.
