3 ★ I only rate this at MOST 3 stars because it has helped out in my ETH bag hodlings.. However, as of late it's been hard to finish tasks when they disappear from the "in progress" section of the app, this has already happened twice before, which thankfully were not in purchase tasks. Recently I completed a task and submitted an issue with screenshots, took days to respond and was told to send more screenshots.. at which point I only received half of what I was promised..this app has gone downhill

1 ★ this app would be pretty awesome if you actually got paid for completed offers. frequently when offers are completed you dont recieve credit for it and when you contact customer service they tell you the offer cannot be validated and only pay you out 25% of the reward. very frustrating because most of these offers take quite some time to complete

1 ★ Textbook case of amazing concept and poor execution. Concept is to try new apps and get paid in cryptocurrency once you've completed the task. The problem is that, for me at least, about 4 out of every 5 tasks that I finish never get rewarded. On top of that their support team is a joke and if you submit a support ticket and they decide you're not lying they still will only pay you a small fraction of what the task was worth. Not worth the headache at all.

4 ★ When shopping aliexpress, most of the time, cash back doesn't show up, report doesn't do anything.

1 ★ Currently experiencing this issue where it shows a message that my session is lost. So I have to login every time I open the app. One time, I was doing the POP! Slots task, and the task suddenly disappeared when I was close to finishing it. (Wasted a week of my life) Intro says you can watch videos to get points, but that's not the case anymore. The stores where you can get crypto back are mostly only available in the US. So if you're not from the US, you would only get to do the Play tasks.

1 ★ The verification system has been absolute nonsense. Reporting issues when you have completed a task and not received credits means you deal with an automatic email service that does not yield results, ever. i3/3 of the tasks I have recently completed have not been verified and I have not received credits. it's basically running like a scam to serve you ads and pretend to pay you for it. don't install. save yourself time and just play quiz up and other games

4 ★ I really like the concept of this app. But, I have not received the rewards from my purchase on Paramount plus, Temu, Wal-Mart, and other platforms. If all goes well, I will update my review.

3 ★ Love the app, great concept. However, there just aren't enough tasks. I've only been using the app for a month and I've pretty much exhausted the list. How often do you add new tasks? I also noticed the additional tasks tab contains links to potentially malicious "offers" requesting credit card details etc. Which is concerning. The more benign links in this section never pay out either. While I think this blockchain use case is a valid one, I feel users interest will wane very quickly. How will you deal with these issues to ensure continuity of a positive user experience?

1 ★ This app is total garbage. I was unable to withdraw my staking rewards after more than a year of staking. Basically frozen. People do NOT trust these guys

2 ★ Can't verify Phone Number or Nickname. I can't sign up with this app properly. If my phone number isn't the problem, it's the nickname. I've tried many, many different nicknames but I can't get any further. I don't know if this is a UK user problem. STMX is a project I'm invested and believe in. But I won't transfer my tokens to an app that doesn't work properly. Disapointed.

1 ★ They don't pay out the full amount as promised. I wasted a whole lot of time playing boring awful games and then only get 25% of the payout. It's consistent too not just a one time thing... Had it for over a year.. but it's really not worth the hassle. Getting them to pay you is like pulling teeth with constant emails where they're always trying to make it seem like you've done something wrong.

4 ★ I've been using storm for a couple years now. I'd give it 5 stars if they could really fix how they verify if someone completes a task. Nothing is more dismissive than completing a task and only receiving partial credit. Youre devaluing your consumers time. Fix how you handle these issues. This isn't once or twice, it seems like every 4 or 5 tasks, its being evaluated.

5 ★ I have been using the app for about 1 year. Changed my reviews a few times. From 5 to 1 and now for. App is good it just acts up sometimes. But they have really good customer service. They're fast to respond and have good follow up. As for why I gave it a 4, it's because recently the app didn't record my purchase. Hopefully this issue resolves soon (Edit: problem resolved ayy)

1 ★ If you complete a task you might not always get your reward as I have been fobbed off a few times now, intact the last challenge was complete level 20 on empire four kingdoms, once I had completed this task i had too ask for my reward which should have been $7.50, I got given 25% (after almost 2 weeks of complaining), this is because they say the couldn't confirm I'd completed the task, my screenshot clearly showed level 21. Was a good app to start with, but they dont like to pay out.

2 ★ The games and apps installation rewards never get through. I have installed clear trip, word game, and numerous other games just to waste my bandwidth time and effort as no reward was credited. The support is also very passive. The fact of the matter is, the minimum withdraw amount is so big that you can't achieve that without offers and no offer is legit. Second flawed thing is the video rewards. The videos are so messed up, like one video embedded in another or so. Takes forever to finish a vid
