Kodak Luma v1.2.1226 APK requires following permissions:

Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to change network connectivity state.
Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to modify the current configuration, such as locale.
Allows an application to capture video output.

1 ★ This app is horrible. The app has a mind of it's own. You can not stay connected to the projector once you phone goes dim. The direction pad stays in a down position. Kodak needs to fix these issues ASAP!
2 ★ Keeps disconnecting to projector
1 ★ App won't stay connected to projector for more than 15 seconds a go. I can barely make it to YouTube and attempt to tap "Sign In" before it disconnects with a sarcastic "bye bye" flashing on screen. When I get lucky and actually am able to open the app and click "Sign In", the login screen doesn't appear, it begins playing some children's program. The Kodak Luma itself is absolutely amazing. However, until Kodak can fix it, this app is trash.

3 ★ After projector firmware update is done..seems like luma app has come to life! Keeping fingers crossed on how long it can work seamlessly...good job RND team on the update...!!
