5 ★ Really good experience ordering coffee through the app and the on-site monitors. I had some trouble once and costumer service was quick on following up.
4 ★ Amazing concept, but like other users are saying the app runs into infinite loops if you disallow location tracking. I'm also skeptical why the app needs read permissions for SMS when it only sends them 🤔 Outside of that, ordering is a breeze!
2 ★ Wow, so many problems. I like the coffee shops themselves, but the app is poorly implemented. I use Google Voice as my cell number, app can't send account verification codes to it, even though the order kiosk in the coffee shop itself has no problems sending me a pickup code. Forced me to use my SIM number. I tried linking PayPal as a payment method, spits back an error - ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME. Pretty much unusable at the moment.
1 ★ It wouldnt load on my updated Galaxy S6+. Now it's doing the same on my S9+. Both had location ON. * Disappointed*
4 ★ Cool idea and good coffee. The app freaks out if you don't share your location with it though, should just ask me what location I want instead

3 ★ Should start taking orders on time at 8 am. By the time it starts I would have bought something else. The machine has shorter working hours than a human.

5 ★ I tried this at the launch festival in March. Recently tried another "similar" product. CafeX is amazing, the others I've tried are simply awful.

4 ★ It's pretty cool to have a robot arm serve coffee. However, I've had so many issues with the app crashing, or just hanging on a certain loading screen and even the robot not working. Frequent updates are definitely helping. FWIW, I feel that the pricing is a bit too extravagant for regular consumption
