Description
The DCAC Events mobile application allows you to access DCAC's various conferences. Within the underlying event apps, users can access presentations, exhibitors, and connect with other attendees. Users can also take notes adjacent available presentation slides and draw directly on slides inside the event apps.
App permissions
DCAC Events 1.0.5 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to read the user's calendar data.
Allows an application to write the user's calendar data.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to write the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows an application to call killBackgroundProcesses(String].
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

4 ★ The app could be improved by you being able to mark/identity the trainings you actually attended with a corresponding survey so you don't have to search at the end of the conference. Also when pushing the back button in the app, it would be helpful to go to previous place instead of starting at the top again. Messages were not easy to access; I would get notifications then not be able to find them by clicking on them or opening the app.
