1 ★ Absolutely horrendous customer service. A training error lead to us being quoted £100 less than our ultimate cost. Notified of this a matter of minutes before our transport arrived. Never ever again.

1 ★ Completely unusable. While I could register, the app crashes the moment it tries to load anything past the login screen. The gairish colour palette and occasional unreadable text didn't help. Say what you will about Uber, but at least their tech actually works. This certainly doesn't. Utter disgrace.
1 ★ Horrible service... pre booked in advance taxi turned up more than 10 minutes later... estimate fare price was much less than the actual price although there was no traffic or whatsoever ... specifically registered both of my cards in case they dont accept master card and in the end of my trip I still had to spend nearly 20 minutes on the phone with head office to get my payment thru as card not as cash beacuse driver couldnt figure out what is wrong with their own sistem.. app to be deleted and never used again... wouldnt recommend it to anyone
4 ★ App showed i have to pay 16.60£ but they charged me from my card 24.90. Why?
2 ★ I've used the service before and it's fine, but the app and website had a problem; there's no reset password link as far as I can tell, dumdums.
1 ★ Won't send confirmation text and can't log in on website.. Keeps telling me my password is wrong!
