4 ★ It'ss an alright app. If you need a car and have no plan b, it's good. But quite a few users are inactive and I had a booking cancel on me, so be prepared to wait and be messed about a little.
1 ★ I had to send more than 8 photos of me and different documents to get approved and I did not get the promo applied that a friend sent me before Signing Up. Also, "contact" is help, as there is no option to send an email or open a ticket.
1 ★ RIP OFF! BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES. They advertise £7/Hour then add extra fees to your basket at the end.
1 ★ DO NOT USE THIS APP. the worst car share Service expirience I have ever had. got scammed for payment on cleaning fee, was limited to 400m radius parking in the packed city of Hamburg, level of cars is low compared to competition. I regret ever using them the expirience was POOR
1 ★ The worst car rental app. Many times cars were faulty and not checked by owners. Really difficult to get hold to help desk.

2 ★ Account verification is sucks !! I am a U.S citizen,and they asked me to send a "VISA " verification . Wait a minute !!! I never needed a visa to travel to Paris And I have been travelling for years to CDG .I emailed them for help and explained but no response since.I used the app before and was a great experience.But the problem is that my account was already verify, It would be easier to see my current account and let it go.In the U.S your ID is the same as your "permit", they dont know that

1 ★ I used this service about 6 times. The fourth time, I spent 40 mins looking for keys because no instructions where to find them. The next time, the car was locked in a car park with no key to get out so changed to other car in the lot after speaking with getaround - still no key. Customer service had no instructions on file. After 1 hour, I left, plans ruined. The last time, I walked 25 mins to find the car and the battery was flat. Called getaround - they could see issue. So why could I book ?
2 ★ Getaround itself is cool but the app works only approximatively. There is apparently a verification done while uploading you selfie-video to check your identity. If something is not alright you get stuck with an infinity spinner instead of a message telling you to retake the video and why. I hope the car unlocking works better...
