1 ★ Keeps on giving an error that i'm unable to connect to the servers, when i clearly am connected to the internet. Have updated the app, reinstalled it and unable to resolve issue.
1 ★ Very poor experience after the recent upgrade - ad covers top section of news articles and been almost 2 weeks, issue still not fixed despite feedback to SPH technical department.
1 ★ App icon disappeared from home screen and app drawer. But the app is installed and can be found in setting -- app. The only way to open the app is to open Google play and click open app!!!!????

1 ★ 14 Jun update: now the ad blocks the first few paragraphs of the article when using app on my TabS6, making it impossible to read.

3 ★ Within the news report on Singapore Covid 19 situation, the screen get stuck at graphs showing community dorms etc cases ? ? Scrolling seems disable in the graphs display?
2 ★ ST - it would be good if you have a feature to let us manage the 4 logins allowed for my digital subscription. I've logged out in old phones and laptops, but I still get the message that all my 4 logins are used. Between my husband and me, we only have 2 mobile phones and 1 notepad. Please kindly think of a solution. Thank you
1 ★ It keeps telling me that i exceeded the login quota of 1 device when this is the only device i am trying to read the news on. And it does not tell me which other device I could have logged in for troubleshooting. I have tried clearing cache on chrome on other devices just in case. Nothing works! And there is no easy access to get help.
1 ★ I hope the ST team takes a serious look at the comments, and discuss this during your management meeting to bring back the print edition format. Its not worth losing your loyal readers over an "upgrade". Many of us are still waiting for an official decision if you're able to bring the print edition back. Please just bring your print edition back.
1 ★ Got the 3mths free trial as part of Singtel renewal, but after creating an acct, the app logged me out automatically & did not allow me to log back in. Even after entering correct email & password (I always write record my log in credentials in note book), after pressing log in nothing will happen. Very frustrating.
1 ★ After a recent samsung/android update, this app keeps crashing. Once it crashes, I can't restart. Only way is to reinstall. Not sure why. The only app that does that. The BT app seems ok
