1 ★ i have been working on a cyber cafe and i have booked almost above 400 tickets for my customers and most of them are failed. And there is no customer service at all from their end. Why did they provide their toll free no. i don't understand yet. The numbers were never reachable. Each and every service of bus india is too wrost. Wrost tickting websites. I always faced that problem that, while booking tickets most of the time money was debited from bank and ticket was not booked. money never refund

1 ★ I had a really bad experience today with their worst refund policy and apathetic response. Trip IDs seem to be invalid and departure times fake. Had I read busindia facebook reviews prior to booking, I would have never risked losing my hardearned money. Never opt online modes for booking bus tickets as it is hard to get back the paid money. Paying in cash is best when travelling in bus. Beware!!

1 ★ Booked Two way tickets through this app. One way tocket is confirmed, return ticket is not confirmed but amount deducted. I cant able to reach the customer care for initiating refund. worst service.

1 ★ When I try to book a ticket it just says error. No explanation on what's the error and how it can be rectified. Full of bugs n cant book even a single ticket successfully.

1 ★ Worst service..money got deducted during transaction and while tried to reach the customer care they are not ready to listen to my consern.. try reaching their customer service. Never try to book . It's a scam website...one strange person will pick your call and he don't want any reasons.. one man service..

1 ★ Worst app and worst service, even after so many mails and so many calls they have not at all responded. I had a very bad experience with bus India, I have requested refund for the journey which I have not travelled because of the mistake of operator but busindia doesn't responded.

1 ★ Most worst app. I booked the bus tickets for 9.30 am using this app but they booked tickets for 4.30 am and they are not refunding my money. when select bus for 9.30 am they show pick up point for 4.30 am that I found later Please do not use this app
