1 ★ Great hospital Medeor 24/7 DXB. But app is of no use. From past 3 days I'm trying to create an account. The OTP comes admitted the app hangs.
1 ★ Very bad application. Birth year can not be changed and need to move the month calendar. After adding dependents, unable to see the lab reports . After adding dependents, previous doctors visita were mentioned for everybody. Horrible experience. Crashing every time
1 ★ Sorry but this is a poor app! 48hrs already and yet the laboratory result is not yet posted. Poor rating.

1 ★ Very bad application. Unless. Waisting time only. No reports can't be downloaded. Trying many times to enter the password with capital letters but it give incorrect password useless.
1 ★ Premature app, should have been tested and developed well prior to issuing publicly, 1- I can't find radiologist report. 2-I can't view any laboratory result for my family members. 3- to add birth year,this is another awkward challenge to scroll down month by month, you will be very lucky if you don't have to repeat the process again. 4- password & OTP is required everytime to see the laboratory report although my credentials already verified during the log in process. Hv more cmts but no space
1 ★ Useless app,don't waste time and memory on your device downloading it,no reports available.Maybe management of the hospital will eventually get some common sense, patients are just phone numbers,for example,they can only find my daughter based on my wife phone number while on the app, both my wife and daughter are registered with my phone number,will make more sense to record patients according to EID not only phone numbers.If I would have been able I would have given them negative stars.
1 ★ Very slow app. I received the message from the hospital that your reports have been uploaded on the app but none of my reports are showing on the app. Bad experience.
2 ★ Please use native date picker instead of custom for DOB selection. Year selection doesn't work. Have to tap and scroll through months which is not ideal.
1 ★ After multiple followups for the reports, i was told to download the app and reports will be found there after filling all details and registering , there were no report available. Its a very bad way of cornering patients to download app for reports, for app promotion, while it can be easily provided over the mail.
1 ★ No Arabic language support. Not all hospitals and clinics are listed. Hard to search for doctors. You can't make a complain against the service for improvement!!!!! Not recommending the app at all
1 ★ App doesn't list all the lab reports. And customer service representatives asked me to use the app to download the file which does not work properly.
2 ★ DOB selection is pain in the @** I registered with my son which is okay since he were born on 2021 only. But 80's? I have to tap month by month. Nope. For appointment better call hotline or come to main entrance reception. Easy
1 ★ I had a bad experience from llh shabiya 9 i was waiting 2 days just for to get a appointment for my ultrasound scan i didn't get it it was just waste of time. I felt very shame of the guys who works in radiological department
