5 ★ Drivers got to the pick up spot early and even called me from their personal phone when the app dropped the order. Very helpful and even brought the item to the top floor for me!
1 ★ This app is absolute garbage. From the process of saying pickup/drop-off location and attaching the receipt (JUST THIS PART) took me at least 20 times to try and complete because this garbage app would reset me to step 1 after I try to attach the receipt. Garbage app. Do not use them.
1 ★ This app is THE most frustrating pile of dung on the planet!! God help anyone who actually needs to move ANYTHING in any kind of hurry! I can only GUESS how the drivers feel, trying to secure any type of jobs thru this thing. I've been trying to submit a job for over an hour now. I've uninstalled and REinstalled the app and STILL get some cockamamie error message telling me you can't secure a network connection!! BS! Any other app I try running, and any other website has no issue. DO BETTER!!!
1 ★ Tried to use their services to get pick up a sofa and recliner. Could not even find anyone on a Saturday even though I scheduled the delivery 4 days in advance. I tried multiple times on that Saturday and they were not helpful at all. Would not recommend for anyone in Denver, CO
5 ★ Excellent, Thank you for creating the app! My husband has back problems and we've been using the same mattress for over 20 years! So when we saw this mattress and its price it was a God send, but how to get it home?? Bj couldn't deliver it, the guy at bjs told me about ur app! And now I have my mattress!!super easy to use! By the way my driver Miguel was awesome!!!
5 ★ My experience overall, in a word: Fantastic! I found out about the app randomly, and decided to give it a go. I will say, I was concerned when no drivers accepted my initial request. I thought it would be instant, but it wasn't. I contacted customer support, they were super helpful. I did end up getting a driver, met him for pick up, he met me for deliver...26 minutes later I had my couch in my apt. I highly recommend it! Way cheaper than a uhaul and finding labor!! I will totally use again!
5 ★ I must give credit where it is due. This is a great app! It is exactly what they say it is. I set up an account and was scheduled in minutes. Easy! And cheap too!! Their customer service even moved my time when I asked them. A real person! I expected Fred Sanford in a '55 Ford to meet me at the pickup. Instead, I got Nathaniel C, great guy, in a new F-150. And he could lift! Up and rolling in mins. Easy! It was apparent that service is important to them. I will use Bungii again.
5 ★ Super easy to use! I ended up needing help at the last minute to move a China cabinet. They were able to come within 2 hours and Tyler, the Bunjii guy, came completely prepared with straps and a way to roll the cabinet across the floor without having to carry it to whole way. Somehow the address of where to meet me wasn't correct, and that could have been my fault, I'm not sure, but he was very relaxed and understanding and quickly came to the correct address. Very helpful company!
5 ★ What a great concept. I used Bungii to pickup artwork that was too large to fit inside my vehicle. The transaction was flawless. there is one drawback to note: I was unable to arrange same day pickup (I imagine because the service is so new). The app prompted me to arrange pickup for a later day/time, and the scheduled pickup was later confirmed.
5 ★ Great experience all around from initiating a request to completion. As a single woman with a car that doesn't work for those special finds @ Tuesday Morning, this is great. I feel like the developers have thought this through and done their best to operate very professionally. I am in Overland Park Kansas , so I guess my remarks in some ways are more specific to that area. Happy to have found this as a resource.
5 ★ We've used Bungii twice to deliver furniture, and both times were great experiences. The pricing is very reasonable (about the same price as renting a uhaul), and our drivers have been extremely helpful. Most recently, our driver Eric helped me carry our HEAVY new bedframe up the stairs... We couldn't have gotten it up there without him! The only thing to consider is that you should schedule your delivery several hours in advance, as drivers are not always available for immediate pickup.
5 ★ Great service and experience. Needed to make a short move, in town, with no furniture. I had too much for a car. I checked fees beforehand and thought it was reasonable. My driver, Nebil S., called to confirm, arrived promptly and I was moved in no time. As a single woman with few contacts (from another state), this was a game-changer. Professional help with no rental van hassles.
5 ★ Oh em gee! This app is EXACTLY what I needed. Kelly, my driver was prompt, courteous, and GOOD at his job. The only thing I don't like, is that we can't send measurements to the drivers before they agree to the job. This didn't affect me this time, but I feel like it could be an issue for drivers in the future because pictures just aren't enough! Otherwise, great job with Bungii. I'm a fab
4 ★ We had an awesome experience with Bungii! Fairly easy to figure out (with lots of chat help from their support team). The overall experience went smoothly our drivers were awesome! Super friendly and efficient. I was confused and disappointed that the only choices are 1 truck/1 driver or 2 trucks/2 drivers. We only needed 1 truck for 1 large item but definitely needed a couple guys. I would think this is the case more often. 2 trucks driving the entire route seems like a waste. Still Awesome!

He was prompt, personable and professional. I have recommended Bungii to my apartment leasing office and to friends and coworkers already! Thanks!
