3 ★ the portal is a great help especially for me. I can pay my rent and report maintenance problem. The only thing is I'm not happy my information is public. I have been living here for a year and satisfied with the environment.
5 ★ This is the first time I've had access to pay my rent and be able to document/communicate with a landlord/realtor like this and I am loving it! The only option I wish it had was the ability to pay by debt/check card vs checking/savings. I like to see payments withdrawn or pending out my account instantly.
5 ★ The apartment I have is absolutely beautiful. Quality Energy-efficient lighting and appliances. The onsite management and maintenance team is kind, caring, and also knowledgeable. Any repairs needed are done immediately and with care. The area is safe and peaceful. There is a nice scenic walk down the hill to Lake Victoria. Every tenant I've met is kind and curtious. It's a joy living here.
1 ★ great app to pay rent but the fees just to pay rent is just ridiculous. some people don't have the extra $10+ to pay all the time or even at all.

5 ★ It's great tell's you everything you need to know if something is wrong... your also allowed to put in what's wrong when something is wrong in the complex etc. Tells you how much rent you owe also & exactly what you owe for.
